“I didn’t stay there. I’m sure the property is nice given all of the positive reviews. My critical review is due to how I was treated as a customer. Our son was playing in a basketball tournament. I waited until our gym/game times were assigned before booking our hotel room in Kernersville. Unfortunately, the next day, the tournament changed our schedule & moved us to Bermuda Run. That error is on the tournament director. I called the hotel immediately to see if they could cancel my……

“Our stay was truly exceptional. The house was pristine, incredibly comfortable, and had a welcoming energy that made it feel like our own home for the two days we were there. A great selection of snacks, food, and drinks were available at all times. We especially loved the ambiance because the entire place smelled amazing and the soft music playing throughout the house was such a nice touch. We would definitely stay here again and hope it’s available the next time we’re in the area!”

“Very poor experience. Not sure what other rooms were like at this facility but ours looked nothing like the photos online. Our non smoking room smelled heavily of stale smoke. The room was dirty and run down. Stains under the mattress (checked for bed bugs) and broken electrical outlet. No remote for the TV. Breakfast offered very few options. Friendly staff was only positive I can share about this experience.”

“I did not actually stay here so I can’t review the facilities at all or the staff/room/cleanliness. Made reservation online sight unseen (single traveler, female). Drove up on a Friday evening to check in and saw some sketchy appearing people loitering around and walking around outside. Decided to eat the cost and stayed elsewhere for my piece of mind,”
