“We had booked here for a one night stay in July 2025 but when we arrived we loved it and decided if we could we would love to stay for another night. Chris was very accommodating and got us an another night here. This was nothing but fantastic! Excellent location, staff were phenomenal and the property was nothing but beautiful indeed and well kept. I would highly recommend this hotel and Chris and his staff were very friendly and we were treated with the utmost respect. BTW we had breakfast……
“We loved our stay at the Clefstone! The staff was so kind, helpful, and available for anything you might need. We loved the fresh afternoon snacks after coming back from hiking each day and fresh coffee in the morning. We stayed in room #1 and it was the perfect size with a very comfy bed. Would love to stay here again! ”

“When you enter in, it is a very calm and peaceful environment. Very clean. People very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast is great. Wonderful location to town. Only feedback would be try to get a room on the backside away from the street as sometimes you can hear traffic.”
“Close to beautiful harbour. Took a boat ride with Sea Princess to Cranberry Island it was great! Some shopping on a little main street. Beautiful houses and views of water.”

“Caroline, the proprietress of the Victorian by the Sea, is a delightful hostess. The inn itself is lovely and beautifully maintained, with colorful, well-tended gardens. Our beds were very comfortable and we slept very well. Breakfast was also delicious, served in a beautiful room with a view of the sea. ”

Our room was perfect - had a comfy king bed with an updated bathroom, including an amazing shower. Multiple options for breakfast that Chrisi whips up and it was delish! Will definitely be back!!”

“The property is rustic but nice. There is a bathroom with shower on 1st and 2nd floor but the water pressure in the house does not sustain use of both at the same time. The main kitchen refrigerator was not working during our stay. There are minifridges on the 2nd and 3rd floor but it would have been nice to have working main floor fridge.”
“The Inn at Primrose Hill cancelled my birthday present trip hours before we were to arrive. So unprofessional and so "Terrible" is the review since we never had the "joy" of a happy birthday celebration. Full disclosure, they did rebook us at a motel in the area, but that wasn't much of a birthday "gift".

“I loved the look of this property!!! The owners were super responsive, helpful, and accommodating. The lake was beautiful and so relaxing. The driveway was dirt, but it was smooth and compacted down without pot holes. I would love to return!”
