The staff made sure we were well cared for, gave us a ground floor suite, so no stairs. The suite had everything, it was quiet, had a view of the golf course and Bell Rock, had a private patio, large bathroom, sitting room with fireplace, very comfortable bed and full kitchen

The room was spacious and clean. We loved the size of the kitchen and the whole place felt great. The parking was a bit tricky if we came back late but there was always a place a bit further down the road. The only issue we had that bothered is a bit was the pressure about watching their presentation just as we arrived but we kindly refused.

Everything about this hotel is top notch, the view I had was amazing! The staff was friendly, knowledgeable about the area and places to go to have a great meal. During the storm I did notice that my rug was wet by the sliding door, called and the maintenance team came up and found out what was causing it, I had no issued staying the rest of the night there so all was good Great place to stay

The staff was very helpful and kept checking in to make sure everything was going well. The room was a little dated. The bed was comfortable. One of the lights in the bathroom was falling out, the tranquility spa didn’t work when we checked it out but the other spa by the pool was working.
