Perfect house for a family trip!

The house is beautiful and the views are even more beautiful! We had a great time, the house is very cozy with enough room for everyone to still have their own space! It was perfect for our family trip and exceeded expectations!

Great Location

We has a wedding at the Golf Resort and this house was in walking distance from the venue. It worked well for our family. I wish they had more flexibility with early check-in.

Nice place

We enjoyed our stay overall. The house is nice and spacious. Bathroom definitely need towel racks and small amenities would be helpful. There was a powerful smell of skunk or weed both Friday and Saturday after we returned from being out.l that wasn't pleasant.

Great stay for family!

Great home for family friends to vacation together! Lots of space, kids loved the game room, very clean, spacious kitchen to have family meals. Overall a great stay in Sedona!

Beautiful property-Convenient Location

Property exactly as pictured! We had a group of 9 that stayed there. The beds were super comfortable. The location was right on a golf course and close to some amazing hikes in Sedona (like Cathedral Rock and Bell Rock). We enjoyed the large eating area and our boys loved the game room. Also soaking in the hot tub after some hikes was nice! The hosts were also easy to communicate with. We would stay here again!

Beautiful home, great location!

The home was perfect for our extended family! Was just as pictured, spacious and clean. Hot tub was a great amenity. There were plenty of towels and kitchen had everything you need. Only suggestion- add some hooks or towel bars in the bathrooms. There is no place to hang wet towels.

A Golfer's Dream

The location was perfect for our annual golf trip. The home is located right next to the driving range at the Sedona Golf Resort and within a short walk of several quality restaurants. The house was well appointed, modern, clean and well-lighted. We took advantage of the hot tub and enjoyed several competitive rounds of Golden Tee. Just an excellent experience all around. Highly recommended!

Great spot for family

We stayed with my adult children and 18 month old granddaughter. Lots of space, kitchen was fully equipped, perfect for gathering as a family and close to everything you need. Check in process was extremely easy. Received several helpful emails to plan our visit in the weeks before our trip.

Great vacation rental

Two families enjoyed staying here! There was plenty of space and the hot tub was shallow enough for the younger ones to enjoy, too. Saw some coyotes on the driving range directly behind the back yard. Owner was responsive and helped answer the question regarding drip coffee maker, and there were filters available for use as well. Very happy with our stay!

Wonderful stay in Sedona

Our family had a wonderful stay at this property. It was perfect for 6 adults and 2 small children. The house was very clean and beautifully decorated. The yard was pristine. The hot tub was very nice and it was the perfect place to look out at the beautiful stars at night. Location is perfect, close to amenities. Would definitely recommend to anyone for a nice stay in Sedona. The property management company was extremely easy to communicate with and accommodating. I would definitely use them for future stays.

Beautiful Time in Sedona

Sedona on the Green rental home…most awesome vacation home! Lots of space for our family of 5 adults, 2 children. Well stocked kitchen for our breakfasts and dinners. Our grandchildren, (10 years and 6 1/2 years), loved their own “little apartment bedroom and game room”…2 TV’s, shuffleboard table, Jenga blocks provided hours of entertainment when we weren’t out hiking. Hot tub was wonderful after all our hikes. Location of house was so convenient to grocery store, local restaurants, shopping areas and all beautiful natural attractions. This was one of the best vacation homes we’ve ever rented. Thanks to the owners for a very comfortable stay!!

Golf course house

We loved this house....the living room does not have a TV and the bedrooms with bathrooms do not have doors to close if bathroom wants privacy but other than that it was a great house!! We had a 12 passenger van and had to park in the lot next door because there is no garage, its the kids room which our kids loved having!!!!

Snow and new hot tub were a great surprise!

Our two families with teen boys loved this house. New hot tub was great surprise. Beds were comfy; kitchen well equipped. Several trailheads near house and good restaurants nearby If you want to avoid Sedona traffic. Only comments -bummed that fireplace didn’t work on rare cold nights in Sedona. Also, would have preferred a tv in main living area instead of 2 in game room to allow adults to watch different stuff than teens without retreating to bedrooms. Also need longer hose to be able to refill hot tub. Would definitely stay there again.

Ridiculous

No TV in the living room and cockroaches infested. Weeds all over the property. No maintenance anywhere. Parking sucked. No garage and you have a horrible view. This should be WAY cheaper than what is was.

Safe and lovely!

Overall, was impressed with the place. We were able to stay entertained at home, between the hot tub, the play room and the incredibly-stocked kitchen (which really helped given we cooked most of our meals!). There's a supermarket within 5 minutes, and bars/restaurants in walkable distance. There were MANY hikes nearby and we were able to enjoy one of the best stargazing sites just 8 minutes away from the house too. Only slight downfall is that the house only had two showers. Between 7 of us, it was a bit tricky to get out fast in the morning. Regardless, we'd plan to stay here again so still wanted to give this place 5 stars. Thought it might be helpful to mention! Thank you to the hosts!

Beautiful views and awesome location

My family enjoyed our stay. The house was huge! Big enough for everyone to have their own space. The game room was fun! The house was clean, bed sheets were clean, beds were comfortable, and enough toilet paper for our stay. The kitchen had the basic appliances we needed. Just wished there was some cookie sheets and a roasting pan. Great amenities- lots of towels, extra sheets, blankets, soaps, washer, dryer, hot tub, gas grill, dishes and utensils!! The location was awesome! Right next to the golf course. Recommendations: 1. Window treatments in the master bedroom need more privacy. There’s a corner where someone looking outside can see everything inside. 2. Bedroom facing the road- window treatments need more privacy, someone outside can see inside. Wished we stayed longer to take advantage of the parking pass to the hiking trails. Such a treat to have that available for your guests to use! The host was great. The emails and texts messages to ensure we got the check in and check out information. Thank you Sedona Hangout On The Green! We will definitely be back!!

Great Getaway

Overall this place was excellent. You can walk to restaurants, bars, wineries and other shops. The place is relaxing, homey and comfortable and has most of what you need. There were a few minor issues that need to be addressed 1. Both of the kitchen sinks back up and drain extremely slow 2. There is not enough hot water to fill the bathtub 3. The driveway is steep and i was unable to get in and out without my car scraping every time 4. Some of the light switch panels fall off when you turn on the lights. 5. There is no door from the larger Master Bedroom to the Master Bathroom, hanging a curtain to allow for privacy would be nice (especially since the lock on the Master Bedroom door is broken) and the windows in the bedroom look out onto the golf course. Sedona is amazing a great place to go to relax and rejuvenate.
