The views from our room were absolutely amazing, spotless, comfortable, well maintained, and the bed was very comfortable. I highly recommend the Matterhorn Inn. The combination of location, incredible views, and comfortable accommodations makes it an excellent place to stay. We would definitely stay here again!」

We enjoyed our stay overall, but we expected the hotel to have more space to roam and hang. The views were stunning!」

「The toilet in our room is almost not working, the shower head is leaking, and the soundproofing is very poor. We were also assigned a room next to the laundry room, and the noise from the machines made it impossible for my family to sleep after a full day of driving. When I went to the front desk to ask if it would be possible to change rooms if one became available, the male staff member was very impatient and his attitude made us feel very uncomfortable during our stay.」
