“Sehr schönes Design! Die Zimmer sind hochwertig eingerichtet und mit Smart Home ausgestattet und bieten deshalb jeden Comfort. Als Paar auf der Durchreise hatten wir 1 Übernachtung gebucht. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist große Klasse , es fehlt an gar nichts und die Qualität ist sehr gut. Der Frühstücksraum mit Blick auf den See lädt zum verweilen ein. Kurz gesagt empfehlenswert. ”

“I and my husband only stay here for one night, so I just reserved a shared bathroom. But it's such a wonderful experience. It has a little balcony so you can smoke at there. The room is very clean! Every thing is good! And you can free parking, that's is very good. Highly recommend! Hope we will have chance to coming back!”
“We stay in Luzern for 2 nights with sea view room, the room’s view is great and there’s the free coffee machine for us to grab a coffee and relax the whole afternoon. Me and my family enjoyed the room a lot.
Be reminded that the room without air-conditioner, a stuffy room and a bit hot, need to use fan and open all window in case to let the wind come in.
The welcome drink is great too, we enjoy much in the bar, a good memory in Luzern”

"The room is good but the check in experience is really bad. The staff at the check in counter is impolite and rude. He was not wearing a name tag and he almost broke our passports. He pressed our passports in 360 degree turn with “deadly force” and it was terrible. When he asked us to pay the city taxes, he just bang on the machine twice with his hand. I hope the hotel can do some training for the check-in counter staffs. "
