「We absolutely loved this boutique hotel. The location was amazing. Staff were 10/10. It was only a 5-10 min walk into town with restaurants and the marina. We were able to get a ferry across to St Tropez so conveniently. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone travelling along French Riveria.」

「Parking was confusing and not the most convenient. Upon checkout, i couldnt get an itemized receipt/invoice showing that we werent charged for anything beyond the room tax. The staff tried hard but werent able to produce anything. They promised to email it but i didnt receive anything.」

「The main big disappointment and what was not clearly indicated during the booking is that the resort does not have its own beach area - you have to go to a public beach or pay for a private beach - we had to pay for towels and beach beds each day (€.5 per towel per person per day and €30 per person per day for the beach beds). The room was clean, parking available on the premises, which was great. The beach view was ok not a full sea view - it was through the side of the building . The room...

「An incredible experience. From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel welcome and comfortable. They upgraded us to a balcony room with a beautiful view of the water. The beds were also very comfy and AC was strong. I could not have had a better experience! Only complaint, 20 euros each to use the pool is a bit extreme, especially for a nice hotel like that, you’d expect it to be free.」

「All of the meals, the facilities, and the rooms here at the Hotel Arena are amazing! And its a 3 minute walk from the train station, direct from the Nice airport! (Yet there is no noise, because all trains are electric.) I have stayed here several times and I very highly recommend it. The grounds are lovely and blend historic culture, and reasonable prices with full amenities. I have moved to Frejus and now recommend this hotel for all of my guests.」

「Hotel ganz okay, bei uns waren die ganzen drei Tage eine sehr laute Reisegruppe die Tag und Nacht herumschrie und sich unmöglich verhalten haben, das Hotel hat dagegen nichts unternommen. Zimmer an sich gut schallgedämmt jedoch mit einer Alutüre ohne Schalldämmung so das alles von aussen im Zimmer hörbar war. Frühstück miserabel und keine 20 Euro wert. Wir kommen nicht wieder」
