Our bedroom had scuffed walls, broken picture frames, stains on bedsheets. It is just not the luxury experience we had two years ago. The staff are very friendly, but it is a shame that this hotel, in such a wonderful location, has not maintained the level of quality and attention to detail they had a couple of years ago. Our stay also……
