“First stay here, and we will definitely back. Gorgeous hotel, and we loved our room with a balcony, overlooking the Promenade. It was a perfect stay. Lovely clean, well equipped room. Never turned the TV on (who needs to, with that view), so cant comment on that. All the staff we encountered were all lovely. 5 stars 🌟 ”

“First time staying at this hotel, chosen after reading other reviews and were not disappointed. Only difficulty is parking but we found on street parking fairly close. Our room was at the rear of hotel accessed by a lift. The room was clean and fresh and always nice and warm.
Breakfast was served between 8am and 10am. Good choice on the menu served in the restaurant which was lovely.
Wouldnt hesitate to book again as the hotel is in a lovely spot and convenient for all Llandudno has to offer.”

“The property is ideally suited for events at Venue Cymru, which is next door. We had a family room, fronting the promenade with a fantastic view of the bay.The hotel was renovated last year and there were many thoughtful touches. The usb ports are great for people who, like me, frequently forget to take a plug. There was an extensive selection of extras, and the milk was in the fridge. The breakfast was excellent with an extensive choice of items.
