"Staff were lovely. Hotel is close to Disney. The problem is that it's not very ADA accessible and the rooms were not maintained well. The TV barely worked and the showers were not great. If I didn't have a wheelchair it would have been better."

"Lovely vibrant hotel. My husband and I stayed here with our son (wheelchair user) for 1 night. The location is really good - there are a lot of things to do nearby, we stayed here before we started our stay at Disney. The room was lovely and spacious and the décor is very modern, there is a car park with electric charging facilities and can access the hotel. I would suggest that a postcode/location is given to the car park entrance as it was a little confusing with the one way roads, to get to the hotel car park. The only other frustration that we had was that in the morning, the lift is very busy - we were trying to get from our floor (2nd floor) to the ground floor for breakfast and to check out - but the lift was completely full as it's coming from higher floors. My son and I (he is in a wheelchair) waited whilst 4 lifts came to floor 2 all full and in the end we had to ask the guests to take the stairs so we could get in the lift. Although the hotel does say its accessible and does state that they do not have rooms on the ground floor, they should just have a way for any wheelchair users to take priority within the lift, so for example, the wheelchair user could be placed on the highest floor so that when they enter the lift they would be first - however in case of emergency this wouldn't be ideal. Or there could be another lift that can be used and only accessed with a certain key card? Staff were very friendly too :)"

"Clean spacious room, staff was so helpful, breakfast times were great and till 11! The free shuttle to Disney and back was amazing and came often! So close to the mall as well"

"Everything was great except the AC didnt work but we had this problem in our other hotel in Paris. So for people who like cold rooms to sleep maybe bring a fan. Breakfast had a good variety Airport shuttle he kind of just dropped us, we ended up having to walk 2 hours to check in counter "

"We are Disney enthusiasts (having grown up in SoCal with annual passes and stayed at many Disney hotels). That being said, we have high expectations. The NY Marvel hotel in Paris was nice but a bit disappointing. Both the pool and the gym were closed during our stay, the handheld shower head broke and was not fixed during our stay and the coffee at breakfast was bitter and disgusting. Overall, the hotel was very nice, conveniently located, very clean and the staff super friendly. It was the cumulative effect of a few smaller problems that made our stay less than magical. "

"Staff were pleasant and helpful. When we checked in, our bathroom room had what appeared to be menstrual blood on the seat. Also, around 10:30 PM, a random man entered our locked room. When we asked what he wanted, he had toilet paper under his arm and offered it. Not a good experience, sadly."

"The hotel and room were perfect for a stay with young kids. A short walk to the parks, there’s a shop and cafe on site as well as the restaurant and bar. The rooms are basic but have everything needed and my kids loved the Cars theme. Staff were very friendly. We’ve previously stayed at the Cheyenne hotel, but found little difference between quality of the rooms so we’ll definitely choose Santa Fe again given the price difference. "
