“My issue with the property is they have not returned my 150 euro deposit, not only was this not advertised as having to be paid upon check in, they are refusing to respond to my emails. I have sent two messages through Expedia app and two further emails directly to Reception and have not had a single response. The Reception desk is manned 24 hours so there is no reason to not respond. I was told upon check out it would be returned to me in a couple of days. It has been six days.”

“Family of five, Stayed here Monday to Friday, Unfortunately we did not get chance to use a lot of the facilities onsite as we spent two days in Disney Park, ideal location if visiting Disney, bus stop at entrance 20min ride to Disney park. Used couple of restaurants onsite good food, reasonably priced, they do take outs as well which was really good for us spending long days at Disney and just wanting to crash when back to the room with 3 tired kids, supermarket well stocked, again reasonably……

“The hotel is quite nice—very clean, and the bed is very comfortable. The front desk staff are warm and welcoming. The room features a really impressive large TV, around 85 inches. The only downside is that the breakfast selection is somewhat limited.”

“超級差勁的飯店，整體給人的感覺糟透了。我們下午三點check-in的時候，給我們的房間居然還沒準備好，我們拿著房卡到了房間，還看到清潔人員在整理浴室，床單沒鋪好，枕頭套也沒套上。櫃檯人員也沒幫我們換房間，叫我們拖著行李站在走廊等候。進去房間之後，發現枕頭套上面有頭髮，浴室的沐浴乳也沒了，還好我們有自己帶沐浴乳。當天巴黎很熱，房間的空調是壞的，我們向櫃檯反應，第一次他說應該可以了，但是其實空調還是沒動靜。我又向櫃檯反應第二次，並要求換房間，結果櫃檯人員口氣很差，吼我並且說沒辦法，因為房間都是滿的，我們就只能繼續忍受高溫直到半夜才睡著。這真的是一個糟透了的經驗，以後我們再也不會來住這一家飯店了！ A Terrible Hotel Experience This was a horribly disappointing hotel — the overall experience was awful. “Actually this is not a hotel, just providing a bed room only. The air conditioning is not cool enough, maybe that’s only a Fan. The room only provides very basic equipment such as towels, hair dryer, and bed ONLY. Also even I set the room do not disturb, the staff still get into the room without noticing me.”
