Ideal Location to visit Lisbon

Excellent location to visit Lisbon and avoiding the hustle of the big city at night. Quick ferry ride was ideal for day trips to see the sites. The view from the balcony is a real bonus and the owners were friendly and accommodating :)

Our week in this lovely, well-appointed loft accommodation shall forever be referenced as "our romantic artist's garret". We loved every second there, as both an introduction to the people and the places of Portugal.

Lovely stay

We had a wonderful stay with Ava in Seixal. It's a very good location to go to Lisbon by ferry (20 mins) and also to explore the beautiful beaches in this area. When you want a calm stay out of the center of Lisbon but want to get to the city in no time it's perfect. The apartment has everything you need and the balcony is so beautiful.

Beautiful Room with a view

Modern, updated loft with everything you would expect. Wonderful host was especially helpful with local information which made for a fantastic stay. If you don't stay here your missing a great place with a wonderful view.

A very nice loft with everything you need

Very clean and well maintained with modern renos. Well equipped with everything you need. A very comfortable stay with a warm welcome from the host sharing lots of info . A 10 minute Uber ride to the ferry boat taking you to downtown Lisbon. Overall, a very pleasant stay and we will return. Highly recommend.

Sexial bay appartment

The apartment is excellent, very clean, and is located in the area near the river and not far away from the centre of the small, old but renovated "village" Sexial. The central part of the city Lisboa is connected with the ferry and you don't need a car or taxi. The host was very friendly.

Hébergement de grande qualité (propre et fonctionnel) géré par un hôte super accueillant avec sa petite famille, disponible et de bons conseils. Séjour de 7 nuits à Seixal

L emplacement de cet appartement est très agréable, vue sur la baie de Lisbonne sans les désagréments de la ville. On prend un ferry et en 10 mn on est à Lisbonne sans le souci pour garer sa voiture. Les propriétaires de l appartement sont très conviviaux et disponibles.Ravis de les avoir rencontrés L appartement situé au dernier étage a une vue imprenable où nous avons pu souper avec le soleil couchant. Tout est bien équipé,clim, machine à laver le linge. Un seul bémol si on est grand, on touche souvent le plafond à certains endroits. Idéal pour 2 personnes.

Summer 2023 Seixal Holiday

My summer getaway to Lisbon, staying in Seixal Bay was perfect! I loved the loft with the view of Lisbon across the Tagus River and the evening sunsets. The accommodations were so lovely. I was able to experience a local community feel. Thank you Ava and family for your hospitality.

Wir haben jede Minute genossen. Absolut empfehlenswert ist der Strand in Albufeira, die Restaurants"O Bispo" und "Lisboa Vista"(ein ausgemusterter Ausflugsdampfer am Pier) in Seixal und ein Ausflug nach Evora. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Wäre die Straße vor dem Haus weniger befahren, dann wäre es zwar angenehmer gewesen aber weniger authentisch. Lissabon ist nun mal ein sehr quirrlige Stadt die absolut sehenswert ist. Wenn man sich mit der Metro auch mal aus dem "harten Kern" herauswagt, geht es auch deutlich entspannter zu. Alles in Allem ein Urlaub an den wir sicher noch Jahre gerne zurück denken werden.

Schöne kleine Wohnung mit herrlichem Ausblick

Das Apartment ist klein, hat aber alles, was man braucht. Es war sauber und die Gastgeber waren äußerst hilfsbereit, nett und zuvorkommend. Die Dachterrasse mit Blick aufs Wasser ist das Highlight der Unterkunft. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Rien à critiquer sur ce merveilleux loft : tout était parfait !! Une seule chose à noter : je le déconseillerais aux personnes de grande taille ( >> 1m85 ) car les plafonds sont un peu bas à certains endroits.....

C'est tout neuf et les hôtes sont d'une gentillesse rare... TOUT fonctionne : la clim', la télé satellite avec chaines françaises, le réfrigérateur, etc.... Et nous avons eu la chance de TOUJOURS trouver au moins une place de parking en rentrant le soir !! Serviettes de bain supplémentaires pour les séjours supérieurs à 3 jours...
