“Good location with parking, slight issue with the parking as you are given an allocated spot but upon arrival there was a vehicle already parked in the spot, quick phone call and instructions given to park elsewhere which was fine. Entry door system was hit and miss, didn’t work upon arrival but then on return did the same thing but it worked. Stayed in a 2 bedroom but only one bathroom so if you were not from the same family it might cause a few issues. ”

“Everything was great!! Apartment is in a quiet neighbourhood that is a short walk from the core of York. Clean and spacious, all the amenities needed for a great stay. Will definitely come back when in York. ”

“I’ve stayed here a few times and it is always good value for money and easy to use, the communication with the host is good and the different choice of rooms is good. Free parking is available overnight a few minutes walk away after 6pm. Place is always clean and quiet.”

“The hotel location is very good nearby the riverside. but the cleanliness and sanitary condition wasn't acceptable. There are too many ants in the living room,bed room as well as in the kitchen. Then I informed the landlord and he brought the Insecticide to kill most of these ants, he apologized and explained due to the weather caused so many ants moving in the house, my boy was very scared and he felt very disgusting of it. In the early morning still few ants appears from time to time, they……

“Lovely apartment in a historic building, ideally located just outside the city centre, but within easy walking distance of all places of interest in York. Nice touch of leaving a bottle of bubbly in the fridge - a good sign that the hosts are attentive. The apartment itself is well furnished and equipped, and really does feel like a home from home. Overall, thoroughly recommended.”

“Really nice place for a few days stay in York. Not too far from the centre which was ideal, and had plenty of space, with all the essentials we needed. Host was very helpful and friendly which is always a great plus. Would recommend to anyone planning a York trip.”

“Martin muy preocupado, lugar limpio con todo lo necesario para la estadía de dos personas, la lavadora lava y seca a la vez. Martin nos dejó cereales, café y te, muy amable. Hay wi fi , y el supermercado tesco está a 6 cuadras.(1 kilómetro). Para llegar al centro requieres bus, no obstante nosotros caminamos los primeros días, nos demoramos 40 minutos”

“Massive lack of staff support, no one answers the “24/7” helpdesk line, had no response by email as i was not provided with any access information or room number. Arrived at the location with no idea on how to enter, ended up staying in a nearby hotel due to having no access and no response from the host. Extremely unprofessional and careless form the host James.”
