Lovely hotel, friendly and accommodating staff. Let us check in early free of charge as our room was ready. Loved the 12 o'clock check out too and breakfast was excellent.
Attentive and friendly staff, efficient check in and check out. Comfy toom with the Marriott bed linen, always a good sleep. Hotel in quite a good position in town with good entrance for drop off and pick up.
Lovely hotel with very welcoming staff. Allowed us to check in early which was an added bonus. Nice clean room with every thing you need for a comfy, stress free stay. Will defo stay here again if ever visiting Leeds.
Ideally situated, 5 min walk from railway station, 2 mins from car park. Close to shops, bars and other venues. Staff are excellent and friendly. I really couldn't fault it.

Disliked: Staff & service, amenities
We where put in a disability room so all the amenities where low down. The shower was slow and we had no full length mirror. I have stayed at the Marriott before and it was nice but I was disappointed
We love to stay here a few times a year but the beds have recently been changed. Very sad as the beds previously have been so comfortable. Hotel is beautiful but little touches like maintaining the paint on the toilet doors would make a heck of a difference. Would love if the bar could also offer standard cocktails rather than just gino ones

Romm okay not quite Deluxe Queen, pillows snall feather, house maid was lovely and got me a large pillow, bed rock hard.
Replaced mini bar that wasnt working.
Quite dated.
Noisy all night, hardly slept.
When I went to reception to complain about it, all I was told was “this is what happens when you book a hotel in city centre”. Rude staff
We stayed for one night and had a pleasant experience. The staff at check-in were warm and welcoming, making the arrival smooth and easy. The room was fairly spacious for four people and comfortably suited our needs for a short, one-night stay.

Liked: Cleanliness, amenities
Very clean rooms and friendly reception staff. The rooms were ready early which was lovely after travelling. Great location, convenient to everything. They held our luggage for us once we checked out which was also helpful.
Only negative was the mattress was not very comfortable at all. Luckily it was only for 2 nights.
We enjoyed the breakfast with plenty of choice of cereals, seeds, fruits and hot food. Also enjoyed the machine-dispensed coffee Bedroom was spacious with firm mattress, although room was a difficult to cool. Central location for shops, restaurants and train station.
The hotel is lovely. The receptionist Claudia looked on her screen when we arrived to early to ask if there was somewhere we could put our bags looked on her screen and said the room allocated to us was ready and allowed us to have our room key to leave our bags in. The other members of staff were all polite and respectful. I will certainly book here again
It’s was a really lovely hotel. The room was spotless, all the staff were extremely friendly and polite. We also enjoyed the breakfast- would recommend!
Room was spacious and clean. Plenty of drinks available. Bathroom was well stocked. We stayed over for a family event and in our rooms by 11:30pm.
The only thing letting it down was the proximity to the nightlife and roads, there was an abundance of noise until around 3-4am. Obviously this wouldn’t be as big of an issue during weekdays.
Very clean room well serviced. All staff very friendly and attentive. The hotel is very well situated in the centre of Leeds. Walking distance to most entertainment venues including the first direct arena. Our only disappointment was the breakfast. Although very nice it was a bit chaotic when busy. They do not replenish quick enough resulting in queues building but then because of that it all goes quickly resulting in more waiting to top up. Also you have to ask for eggs to be fried, poached or boiled. This means another wait not good if you’ve already loaded your plate. Perhaps a chef should be on hand to cook the eggs on demand like a lot of high end hotel chains do. HOWEVER, this would not put me off staying again here.
