Bayside location is perfect

Property location is great. Bayside is always a win for on site activities, quiet evenings, and convenient to Ocean City activities. House is large and accomodating. We would suggest more seating in living room.

I thoroughly enjoyed my short stay. This is a very neat, clean and well kept property. Bayside is a beautiful community. Very quick response to all questions. Just the right distance away from the busy beach area but still close enough to get there quickly.

Bayside is a Beautiful Community - Solid but need some TLC.

The highlights: 1. Location - Bayside is an excellent location. 2. Quiet neighborhood within Bayside 3. Mostly well stocked including basic supplies and linens including K-Cups but we had no bath soap which was frustrating. 4. Communication & Check-in were very smooth 5. Surface cleanliness was good, but it needs a really good deep cleaning - it's end of season, so I understand to a degree, but ceiling fans had dust and our white socks got dirty walking on floor and rugs. Solid place just getting a little dated and tired. Could be excellent with some TLC.

Enjoyed the house and the surrounding area. The only complaint we had is the flies in the house.

Great location and excellent community. Only complaint we have is with flies in the house. This may have been due to not having screen doors or storm doors.

Perfect for family of 5

Jim was very responsive and very helpful securing our amenities passes for easy pickup. Linens and towels were provided. The house has a door code so it was quick and easy to check-in/check-out. Quietly set on the corner of the street. Perfect family vacation at Bayside!

Perfect Girls Trip

I booked this property for a weekend getaway for me & the girls. It was perfect! The property was as advertised, clean spacious with everything we needed. The location was near restaurants and both the Delaware & Maryland beaches. We really had a great time & will be returning!

My family of 6 (2 adults & 4 teens) had a lovely time here. The management was very responsive to any of our questions and made it all easy. The house has plenty of space for a large family & we enjoyed it! We would definitely return!

What an amazing property!!! It was just what we needed. The house was extremely clean and beautifully set up. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly. The property manager was thorough and polite.
