"The hotel itself was really good. It was in the city center, within walking distance of most landmarks, and if not, there was really good public transport. The hotel was clean. The view from the window was amazing (I guess it depends on the side of the room, but ours was perfect), and it was really quiet despite a lot of guests. The staff was really nice and helpful. Breakfast could have been a little bit better for a 4-star hotel, but really, I can't complain. Despite limited variety, it was good and tasty. The mattress was a little bit hard for me, but I understand all people have different preferences, so you can't please everyone. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a stay."

"We had a great stay overall. The receptionist was very nice, friendly, and welcoming from the moment we arrived. There was ample parking, which made things easy. Our room was very spacious and extremely clean, and the bathroom was especially nice. The location was convenient, with several restaurants nearby for dinner. Breakfast in the morning was excellent—honestly the best we had in Iceland. There were plenty of options and everything was very fresh. The only downside was that access to the hot tub/spa required an additional fee, which was a bit disappointing. Other than that, it was a wonderful stay and we would definitely recommend it."

"Room was small tight fit for two people and luggage, beds were comfortable. Bathroom was really wet, the water from the shower soaks the entire area. The breakfast was filling but limited. Oatmeal, cereal, waffels, bread/crossants, spread, and salad bar with hard boiled eggs. Only 4 parking spots infront of the hotel but can park in the resturant parking next door but it did fill up one of the nights. And I had to squeeze into a place that was really a spot...didnt get a ticket."

"Fantastic location, unexpectedly large room, very clean, modernized bathroom, amenities available downstairs 24/7. Two extremely minor nitpicks: * The church next door rings bells frequently. The sound isolation in our room was ok, but we still heard them at night. Hotel did provide earplugs. * The TV was small and pretty barebones - only live TV and a "pay per view" app. You can connect other devices with an HDMI cable, but it's not as nice as being able to sign in to your own streaming apps."
