“Lovely small hotel, the pool was a delight and the rooms were well-furnished and clean. Staff could not have been more friendly and accommodating! ”

“Hotel was nice. Got a nice room with a view of the beach. Staff were always friendly. Location is nice, along the waterfront and outside of the hussle and bussle of town. The hotel has a restaurant and there are also several more restaurants right next door. Only downside was that the pool is only open during the summer. ”

“First time in San Juan so booked this hotel for 2 nights. As we were a family of four we had a room in the block with no balconies. Breakfast was good so was evening meal. Fares on reception was brilliant. The rooftop Skybar and pool were wonderful. Would I stay here again, if I was in San Juan yes, but unlikely to visit this area again. All in all a good experience”

“旅行了很多国家，第一次碰到如此恶劣的酒店。入住时，由于我们事前没有填写带小朋友的信息，拒绝我们入住，我们表示愿意支付加床房费、或更换成其他房型都可以，前台态度特别恶劣，还指责我们是我们的错，跟酒店无关，后来我们一直据理力争，至少我们可以入住两人，然后再去其他酒店另外订个房间，前台这才停止无理取闹，然后改口说有个客人刚刚退了个三人间，可以帮我们调，但需要增加27欧，我们也不想再折腾，也就同意了，但整个心情完全被破坏了。更奇葩的是，我们希望借个开酒器开酒，居然要7欧元，我们反复解释是借不是买，前台说只要是开自己的酒就是这个价，去酒店酒吧买酒就OK了。我们最后去了酒店对门的超市，一个开瓶器也就3.5欧，一瓶酒也是4-5欧，这个酒店只认钱，没有一点服务精神。太奇葩了。走了十多个国家了，这是唯一的一个，没有之一。”

“The hotel is amazing! Beautiful aesthetics and the room is beautiful. The kitchen is well-equipped for basic cooking and our room was clean every day. The gym was good and we used it daily. The staff were all friendly and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. We arrived with a bottle of champagne, rose and card for Valentine's Day. Thank you! I highly recommend the Cala Lanuza suite. You do need to either have a car or be happy to take the tram, which runs every 30 mins. ”

“5 star views!!! I must admit the views were incredible, worthy of their 5 star status. The rooms were spacious that came with all the necessary toiletries. However- the bed linen or top cover was not comfortable , quite course and not what I’d expect for such a signature hotel. The breakfast was good- the staff were amazing - however - due to the limited amount of guests (14 rooms vacated vs 84) the hotel decided to close the pool bar and play no music!! Incredible- their view was due to very……
