「House was very clean and well stocked with everything you can think of. Plenty of rooms, the outdoor area was nice they have a BBQ pit and chairs to enjoy the scenery and deers. Would recommend this place for a quick get a way or a long week vacation stay.」

「Let's just get the minor issue out of the way first. The not so great: heavy mothball smell, pots and pan are in terrible condition, pool was dirty, the features on the pool would not turn on with the remote provided, there is some kind of splatter on the ceiling in the dining area that was very sus. The amount of wasps outside was insane. There are nests on the adjacent houses and one on this house and I guess they are attracted to the water. Little putting green seen in image was not in...

「Overall good」

「We had so much fun! Property is located super close to the pool and also the Comal river. Landa River Trips is right next door to the property and we were able to walk over, reserve our tubes and walk down to the river. You get a discount off tubes by staying at this property. Check-in was super easy, Lyle is a great host. The condo had everything we needed. We would definitely stay there again!」

「Parking for one vehicle, within 10 feet from door of location.」
