Nice stay

Nice stay, nice location. Everything was ok, except that it was impossible to park the car beside the location (we always parked not closer than 700 to 800 m....). Carola is a nice guest, we would have appreciated sometimes more support when requested. Thanks

Spacious rustic charm with view

Spacious, clean, airy, well appointed separate villa with terrace for sunbathing and outdoor dining. One bedroom /two bathroom, kitchen - dining area and two reception rooms. Well equipped and very peaceful and quiet set in foothills of Selva. Selva small village very nice although despite its pretty square doesn’t have much of a vibe. Friendly though and clean. Suggestions would be to get TV organised on different languages, it was stick on german despite us trying to change language. Suggest providing some essential backs in kitchen like oven glove or tea towel, salt, no shampoos or shower soaps ir gels provided. Recommend sorting the second bathroom unpleasant smell out. Several Guests do mention it. We just closed the door. The actual building is number 20 as VRBO says it’s 16, the host says it’s 18-20. We arrived late and couldn’t find it at first. It’s 20 and a separate house on its own. I recommend putting a Frito up of the lovely villa so guests know which one. We enjoyed our stay and it’s the second property we’ve had with this company who are polite and receptive. Thank you for having us.

Parkplatz muss man suchen aber ist auch machbar, wir waren zwei Woche und wir sind sehr zufrieden.Sehr ruhig,ganz anderes als in Hotel schlafen.30 min. entfernt von Playa de Muro.Kann ich nur weitere empfehlen und ich komme wieder bestimmt.Carola danke für nette Komunikation.

Schöne, ruhige Unterkunft mit tollem Blick

Unterkunft war wie beschrieben. Bis auf ein paar Kleinigkeiten alles vorhanden. Straßen sind zwar sehr eng, aber man findet in der Umgebung immer einen Parkplatz.

Schönes altes Dorfhaus mit toller Aussicht

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt abseits vom Trubel. Der mehrfach erwähnte Geruch aus der Dusche ist vermutlich nicht abzustellen, sondern ein Problem der dörflichen Kanalisation. Gut durchlüften und dann war das in Ordnung. Hätten uns bei der Ankunft Kontakt zum Vermieter gewünscht wegen Müllentsorgung,Einkauf und Restaurants. Sauberkeit war okay. Minuspunkte gibt es für die defekte Herdplatte rechts oben, die verstopfen Sprühdüsen der Geschirrspülmaschine, Geschirr kommt unsauber wieder raus, die defekte Spühdüse in der Dusche, sprang ab bein einschalten, die für uns zu harten Matratzen. Mit ein wenig Reparaturpflege und einigen Investitionen in Erhaltung und Pflege tolle Unterkunft. o.k. Min

Sympathisches Dorfhaus mit Hinternissen

Urtümliches kleines Dorfhaus mitten in Selva gelegen. Die Bilder entsprechen im wesentlichen der Beschreibung.Toller Ausblick. Die Sauberkeit in einigen Bereichen ist jedoch ausbaufähig. In bessere Matratzen sollte investiert werden und mit wenig Aufwand könnte das Objekt zum Vorteil aufgewertet werden. Die Zufahrt mit dem Auto ist in vielen kleinen Dörfern durch die sehr engen Gassen eine absolute Herausvorderung. Das Parken direkt am Haus ist quasi unmöglich und die tägliche Suche nach einem Parkplatz nervte. Eine Nachricht über den kaputten Sonnenschirn auf der Terrasse blieb von der Vermieterin unbeantwortet. Den dann noch defekten Korkenzieher haben wir gar nicht erst erwähnt und uns gleich selber einen neuen gekauft. Alles im allem kann man in dem Dorfhaus einige Tage Urlaub machen, die Erwartungen sollten aber nicht zu hoch sein.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette maison très bien équipée. La chambre avec salle de bain attenante est appréciable et la 2eme salle de douche est un plus. Nous y avons séjourné avec nos enfants de 8 et 12 ans donc faisable pour le canapé convertible mais ce serait compliqué pour des adultes. La vue est juste incroyable sur les hauteurs du village. Carola est très disponible en cas de questions et tout était conforme à l’annonce 👍👍 En revanche (mais c’est ce qui fait le charme du village), il nous a été impossible de nous garer devant la maison car rue trop étroite et pas de place, il faut parfois chercher un peu pour trouver une place plus bas dans les rues. Très bon séjour à recommander vivement pour un endroit au calme et charmant.

Sehr gut!

Wer wohnen möchte mit mallorquinischem Flair, am Rande der Innenstadt, mit schmalen Gassen der alten Häuser und den lebensfrohen Einheimischen, ist hier genau richtig und willkommen. Die Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe bieten einheimische Küche und Ambiente. In der Nähe gibt es gute Lebensmittelgeschäfte und einen Regionalmarkt, welcher frisches Bio-Obst u. Gemüse aus der Region anbietet. Das Ferienhaus im historischem Baustil, hat alles was man benötigt, um auch im Urlaub ein wenig das gemütliche Gefühl von Zuhause zu haben. Die Eigentümer waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ein Ort, um die Seele der Insel zu erleben. Auch für die Kinder war es ein Abenteuer, es gab viel zu entdecken. Ein kleines Auto ist aber sinnvoll, um die Strände zu erreichen oder die Gegend zu erkunden. Die Parkmöglichkeit vor dem Haus ist manchmal nicht gegeben, doch in den ruhigen Nachbarstraßen möglich. Gerne wieder!:-)

Bonita casa, en bonito pueblo de la Sierra de Tramuntana, con ambiente tranquilo y local. Casa con muchos detalles y completa (si buscas, encuentras de casi todo). La localización es muy buena, en la parte alta del pueblo, y muy tranquila a su vez (el aparcamiento lo encuentras cerca de la casa, o a cinco minutos de ella). Estupenda.

Dorfhaus an den Ausläufern des Tramuntana-Gebirges

Gemütliche Unterkunft in einem restaurierten Dorfhaus am Hang mit wunderschönem Blick auf Selva, gut geeignet für zwei Personen als zentraler Ausgangspunkt, um den Norden Mallorcas zu erkunden. Weitläufige Terrasse (Sonne morgens bis mittags), die allerdings einen weiteren Sonnschutz/ Sonnenschirm bräuchte. Kein eigener Parkplatz aber fußläufig max 5 Minuten in den Seitenstrassen meistens etwas frei, die engen Dorfstraßen sind nur f Kleinwagen geeignet. Sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft für einen ruhigen Aufenthalt in einem schönen Dorf.

Auszeit in mitten des Bergdorfs

Das Häuschen ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen oder Radtouren im Tramuntana Gebirge. Wir haben jeden Tag den Blick auf das Dorf und die Kirche genossen. Uns hat ebenfalls gefallen, das Selva noch nicht von den Touristen Massen entdeckt wurde und man noch ein Gefühl der mallorquinischen Lebensfreude miterleben durfte. Mit einem Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus sollte man allerdings nicht rechnen, was für uns jedoch kein Problem war.

Wunderschöne Aussicht in einer tollen Stadt

Wir haben herrliche Tage in der Wohnung verbracht. Das Highlight ist die große Terrasse mit herrlichem Sonnenaufgang und Blick auf die wunderschöne Kirche. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet mit Extras wie einem Pürrierstaab und ausreichenden Eiswürfelformen, Induktionsherd und Backofen. Dazu ein Grill der mit Holzkohle befeuert werden kann. Ab und zu huscht eine Katze über die Terasse. Die Nachbarschaft ist ruhig und es kann wunderbar entspannt werden.

Rundum perfekt - gerne wieder!

- riesige Ausstattung, von WaMa über Spüli hinzu Küchengeräten - mehr geht nicht - Kinderbett und Hochstuhl wurden auf Anfrage besorgt - große Terasse und toller Ausblick - angenehm kühl trotz hoher Außentemperaturen - Parkmöglichkeiten sehr begrenzt - kleines Auto von Vorteil - flexibel stellbarer Sonnenschirm wäre wünschenswert

Angst um meine Gesundheit

Eigentlich eine schöne Unterkunft, allerdings riecht es aus einem der Bäder extrem nach Schimmel und Feuchtigkeit, so dass die gesamte Unterkunft den Geruch angenommen hat. Gesund kann das nicht sein. Nach schleppender Kommunikation (2 Tage) mit der Vermieterin sind wir früher abgereist. Ich würde von einem Aufenthalt dringend abraten.

Formidable

La maison est idéalement située pour découvrir toute l'île. Selva est un village très agréable et très charmant. La maison est très bien équipée. Et la terrasse offre une vue incroyable. Au mois de mai c'était vraiment parfait!!! Je recommande vivement cet hôte.

Nette Unterkunft in ruhiger Umgebung

Es war alles wunderbar! Einzig ein Problem mit Geruch aus der Kanalisation, der sich abends im Haus ausbreitete, war störend, besonders, da wir aufgrund der noch kühlen Temperaturen im April die Fenster nicht permanent offen lassen konnten.

Sejour Selva en Avril

Superbe gite tres bien situé, dans le haut du village tres au calme avec une superbe vue jusqu'a la mer. Attention si vous louez en automne et hivers voire début du printemps ,le chauffage du salon salle a manger est insuffisant.

lovely quiet stay in Selva

Great view over the town and of Esglesia Sant Llorenc from patio and living room. All the required facilities you need except maybe Wi Fi but you can connect to internet via data roaming as mobile reception is OK. Bed confortable and having a bath as well as a shower was welcome after a long walk in the nearby hills. Regular buses connect Selva to Lluc for mountain access and interconnecting buses on the Soller - Pollenca route as well as to Inca where you can connect to the Train to Palma. Only snag is the bus stops and supermarket are at bottom of village and its a steep walk uphill to the accommodation. If you do bring a car you could drive right up to the gate but will need to park tight to the wall as streets are very narrow - we managed without the bus and train fares are very reasonable and you can sit back and enjoy great views. It is very peaceful and you can enjoy relaxing afternoons after a hard mornings walking in the Sera de Tramuntana mountains.

Très bon séjour

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette charmante maison. Les propriétaires étaient très disponibles et nous avaient même laissé des petites attentions à l’arrivée. Il n’y avait pas d’odeur désagréable comme nous avions pu voir dans un commentaire. En bref, je recommande cette location.

Toller Urlaub

Es war ein toller Aufenthalt. Wir haben den Ausblick von der Terrasse sehr genossen. Leider gab es in der Wohnküche einen unangenehmen Geruch den man nicht auffinden konnte. Nach der Ankunft einmal kräftig lüften und es wird besser. Wir konnten immer einen Parkplatz zu bekommen, entweder in der gleichen Straße oder direkt in der Nebenstraße. Wir waren froh, dass wir einen kleinen Mietwagen hatten, die Straßen in Selva sind etwas eng. Das Haus war komplett eingerichtet und der Kühlschrank großzügig für Obst, Gemüse und auch Getränke. Wir haben gut geschlafen, etwas heiß ohne Klimaanlage.

Logement très agréable

La maison se situe dans un village très agréable, avec quelques commerces, à en moyen 45 minutes de toutes sites de Majorque. La terrasse est très agréable, avec une superbe vue. Les 2 salles de bain ont été appréciées. Les 2 lits en 90 du salon n'ont pas posé problème dans la gestion et la circulation de la famille dans la maison. Le logement est bien équipé (machine à laver, sèche linge, lave vaisselle,....). Manque quelques produits de base: pas d'éponge ni produit vaisselle,... La récupération des clés via le petit coffre a été très pratique.
