酒店服务细致但是整体陈旧，房间进去有潮味和霉味，被单和毛巾颜色都发黄，另外就是偶尔能闻到类似下水道的臭味，整体体验一般

The Oberoi property is well maintained and has the charm of old days which may be off putting for some folks but we like the hotels that maintain the service and aesthetics rather than modern built. Staff is very well trained and polite. The food is excellent with great Indian selection which helped us as we were travelling with parents and the taste buds were well suited :) The only downside is the beach area around the property is bit dirty which obviously is not in the hands of the hotel but given the premium property and the number of staff, it would not be a bad idea to do community cleanup for the beach patch around hotel.

Exceptional service! I cannot possibly describe just how lovely the property is as well as the top-notch service we received. Breakfast was delicious. The grounds are beautifully maintained and the pool and attendants were remarkable. It is truly an oasis in busy Seminyak area yet convenient to walk to nearby shops and restaurants.

街中にありながら、豊かな緑とビーチがあり一日ゆっくりと過ごすことができる。まるで街中にないような自然が豊かで静か。満室であったが、広くゆったりとしているのでそんなに人が宿泊しているとは思わなかった。ビーチやプールサイドでゆっくりとした後に街中を散歩したり、買い物することもできる。ホテルの隣にはローカルレストランやマーケットがありホテル内の食事だけではなく、ローカルな雰囲気を楽しむこともできる。何より素晴らしいのは、スタッフの質の高さ。名前や顔を覚えていて、息子が散歩していてもどこにいるのか大体わかっている。ビーチでも沖に出過ぎたり流されたりしそうになると注意して見ていてくれている。体調を崩した時もナースを呼んでくれたり、消化の良い食事を用意してくれたりした。また、機会があれば宿泊したい。

Exceptional Oberoi standard service!
Exceptional service with a smile always. Very very Oberoi’s…don’t expect anything lesser from them and they continue to exceed expectations being perceptive and ahead of their guest’s needs. The rooms are a bit dated but extremely well maintained and the service quality more than makes up. The food standard is quite good also. Had an excellent stay.

The Oberoi Bali is a fabulous resort with excellent facilities, food and staff. The only thing I could complain about was the beach was disgusting with plastic pollution in the water making it unsuitable for swimming. The hotel did a good job cleaning up the mess on the sand but something should be done about the plastic entering the water.

Our stay at the Oberoi was just a fabulous experience. The attention to detail and service provided by all staff was at an elite level. Nothing too much trouble and their smiles and pleasant disposition made a trip to remember. My wife and I have been fortunate to do a lot of travel and this hotel rates with the best of the best. My only small request would be some attention to internet speed. Televison viewing was difficult at times and teams and zoom meetings became problematic which is frustrating when trying to attend to work matters. Notwithstanding this minor item this hotel and the staff are among the finest we have encountered. An absolute credit to management

オベロイはやっぱり最高だった。
20年ほど前に友人と一度来て忘れられず、今度は家族で来ました。 当時からクラッシックで高級な雰囲気がありましたが、全く古さを感じさせず隅々まで掃除も行き渡っていましたし、とても綺麗でした。 スタッフの方々も多く、いつも掃除をしています。　海沿いなので、海を散歩したり子どもは砂浜で遊んだり主人は板を借りてサーフィンしていました。砂遊びの道具も借りられます。 飽きたらそのままプールに入れてずっと遊べました。毎年来たくなるホテルです。

It is the most amazing resort. Traditional Balinese meets super service, comfort, and amenities … including pool attendants who clean your spectacles. The team at Oberoi is amazing. From day 1 they greet you by your name, know how you take your coffee in the morning, and your favourite aperitif in the evening.

Service is second to none. Food is outstanding. It’s a great secluded feeling of peace. Away from the craziness of the rest of Bali. I would however advise travelers to not go to Bali if they seek turquoise waters with white sand .
