Beyond Expectations

Property was beautiful and well maintained. Ketut was a fabulous host and the breakfast option was amazing. Ketut went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The villa was private and close too many great restaurants. Enjoyed being close enough to go for a daily morning walk on the beach.

Fabulous location

I have stayed in many villas in Bali and this one was a stand out. Location and size were outstanding. The pool was huge and in the sun all day. The other best part was Ketut the property manager. She was very helpful and looked after us all well. Would highly recommend and we will be back!

Short notice booking, was met by Ketut, who is absolutely awesome, the villa was presented immaculately and she catered and sourced anything we requested, nothing was a problem and she was amazing. We will definitely be returning, loved our stay

Little piece of heaven on earth.

Sensational villa with all the facilities you could need. Amazing pool with sunshine all day in the yard for those that love a tan. So close to great restaurants and shopping making it easy to get around. Ketut goes out of her way to ensure you have a wonderful time. Can’t wait to book our next stay.

Amazing property, location and staff!

Recommend this properly for an amazing stay in Seminyak. Well upkept and modern, it is perfectly located, close to beach, restaurants, clubs and shopping. Everything is within a few minutes walk. Property manager Ketut is amazing and helpful with every aspect of your stay. Will even make meals upon request and to your specifications. Will be returning here whenever in Balli.

Perfect for the whole family

We would score our trip to Villa Lotus 11 out of 10! The hospitality by the team was warm and they went above and beyond. We had taken our adult children and their partners on holiday and we all felt like we had a perfect combination of privacy and social time together in the villa. Thanks we will be back 🙏

Oasis amongst the action in Seminyak

2 couples staying at this amazing property. The photos don’t actually do it justice, this villa is fantastic. A few hundred metres from the beach and Seminyak village . Close to restaurants and bars but you don’t hear any of the noise . Then the villa manager Ketut was amazing , so helpful with whatever we needed . From a car to Mama San , to organising an ATV trip Best stay we have ever had in Seminyak! Hope to be back !

Great location & spacious

Private Clean Relaxing Quiet Walking distance to everything. House & yard was cleaned every day, beds made, fruit cut & served, laundry & ironing done. Netflix, Spotify, beautiful pool, sunbeds, yard to kick ball around, throw a frisbee. Feeding all the koi fish in the various ponds was a real novelty. All our needs were met, awesome holiday!

Absolutely loved our stay! The villa is huge and even better than the pictures. 4 huge bedrooms, all with their own bathrooms. There’s heaps of space for 2 families or 4 couples. Ketut and her team looked after us so well!! Location is perfect; close to restaurants, beach clubs, beach and great shopping. All within walking distance. Will definitely stay again!!

The Pictures Don't Do It Justice! 5 Stars

This was the 4th time that I had visited Bali and on this trip I took 4 work colleagues for a conference and short vacation. The Villa we stayed in was great; right from booking and dealing with Tim through to the staff and Ketut when we were there (and also Wisnu the driver). The villa feels allot bigger when you are actually there when compared with the pictures online, if you are looking to be based in the centre of Seminyak but in a quiet area I don’t think you can do any better especially with the hidden alley way that comes in to the mall in Seminyak Village. Thank you again to Tim and all the staff for making our trip so amazing! I’ll definitely be back… Regards James

We cannot speak highly enough of how well they worked with us to have our stay an enjoyable experience. Communication was amazing and to top it off We made a beautiful friend Ketut who is a permanent staff member who couldn’t do enough for us. Our children loved Ketut, and overall the property, location and staff/owners were amazing. Did not want to leave ❤️
