“I want to give them a 10 out of 10 but the neighbors were so noisy! The neighbors stayed up partying until around midnight Saturday and Sunday. They were outside with loud music and screaming at each other. The house is the cutest place! The hosts were magnificent- we didn’t have hot water and it was fixed within the hour. I’d recommend it but just be aware if it’s a holiday weekend - the neighbors are very loud. ”

What should have been a relaxing visit turned into a frustrating and unpleasant experience due to serious concerns about basic hotel necessities, including hot water and the condition of the room. First, the lack of hot water was completely……

“My stay started out poorly. Unbeknownst to me, they were charging a $150 deposit upon arrival to ensure the room isn't damaged (college town I suppose). Reluctantly I paid it. They gave me the room key, and the electronic lock on the door was inoperative. After stating my displeasure, they refunded the $150 deposit and gave me another room which was satisfactory. By the condition of the place it looks as though they rent rooms by the hour if you catch my drift. I won't be returning.”
