“We booked the room for 3 persons. When arrived, we discovered that there were only two sets of bedding, the sofa bed wasn’t ready or set. When asked for one more set, the receptionist said there wasn’t any! After chasing, she gave me at last. Her attitude was not sincere nor helpful. The check in experience was bad! This affected my stay in the hotel a lot!”

“They upgraded my room to a bigger one when we check in. Everything aspect of the room is perfect.”

“Een ruime kamer met zitgedeelte, eettafel en aanrecht. Compleet ingericht met afwasmachine en wasmachine met droogtrommel. Aparte slaapkamer, jammergenoeg te smal voor 2persoonsbed. Hierdoor moest iemand tegen de muur liggen. Probleem tevens dat die persoon geen plaats heeft om persoonlijk spullen(bril, boekweg) tezetten. Een plank boven het hoofdeinde zou prettig zijn. De receptie was vriendelijk en heel behulpzaam ”

“It was a very bad experience to stay in L hotel. I arrived the hotel in the autumn season, but there was a black fly in the room. The staff didn't agree to change another room for me. No restaurant in a 4 star hotel. The facility was very old. The local person said they will never recommend this hotel to tourist. I don't know why they can got 4.6 for the review.”
