"I was nervous since I’ve never spent this much on an overnight stay before but everything was perfect. Reception was great and welcoming. The room wa a beautiful and spacious. The food was amazing!! And they brought it to the room (the sever we had was so nice and friendly). Our room had a outdoor bath and it really hit the spot. 10/10 experience I would stay here again and recommend to my friends."

"It was a nice stay overall, but the walls and door to the room were very thin and I could hear everything in the hallway at all times so sometimes I would wake up to the noise. The onsen was also quite crowded throughout my multi-night stay, but the café/bar was very nice. The staff were very warm and friendly."
