Very comfortable room -- the bed and the pillows -- I don't think I have ever slept in a more comfortable room. Loved the view of Seoul from my window. The breakfast was delicious and the views were spectacular - from 3 sides. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful. I especially appreciated the days they called a taxi for me. Very convenient to the Coex convention center (where I had meetings) I would definitely stay here again

Perfect for me! I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly from the moment I arrived, making check-in quick and stress-free. The facilities were excellent, and my room was spotless with everything I needed. The bed was unbelievably soft and comfortable – I slept better than I have in any other hotels in Seoul! It’s a perfect choice for solo travellers or anyone looking for a city getaway, with great transport links just a short walk away, making it easy to explore the area. I’d happily stay here again.

I chose this hotel mainly because of its location. As I went to J-Hope’s concert at KSPO Dome, it only took ~15 minutes to travel from Bongeunsa station to Olympic Park station. Besides, Starfield COEX Mall is nearby, so shopping and dining is very convenient.

- very convenient in the lively downtown Gangnam District - excellent staff - beautiful restaurant-scene (including for breakfast) on the 22nd floor. (very scenic) - terrific spot to relax and see much of the city on the rooftop-garden.

The Hotel itself is in a very busy and nice area of Gangnam, just on the otherside you can see the Gangnam statue from Psy! The hotel was clean and we had a nice luxury view, the only thing that was lacking was toothbrushes and toothpaste that were excluded from the price and we had to pay separate.

I don’t recommend

It was a very average hotel for a hotel in gangnam. Really weird that we were going to get changed just for asking for water. It didn’t feel like a 4 star, it felt like 3 star. The reception area is very scruffy looking and messy. Toiletries and other amenities were chargeable and for sale downstairs. The breakfast was extremely expensive. Wouldn’t recommend

thank you so much. i was in seoul for work at coex and the location was perfect. i went to drop my bags off at 9:30, but was able to check in early. it was much appreciated. i will be back for the same event next year and will stay here.

Overpriced Hotel

The room is very small. Air conditioner at my room is dirty so there was a lot of dust drop on my bed everyday. Food and Beverage offered in the restaurant is not good enough, not much choice and everyday is super similar. So I think it is overpriced. But the staff at reception are nice and helpful. So I think only this point is up to standard as a 4 star hotel.
