Before arriving at the property I called the property and talked to the person in charge about the shuttle service as they advertised on expedia that ariport shuttle was free but then they were charging me 120rm for pickup and drop off for no reason and blaming it on "due to covid" and when I finally arrived at the property they said I need to pay tourism tax of 10rm per room even though I live in Malaysia. The actual rooms weren't bad for the price but the overall experience of extra payment and the hassle was definitely very disappointing and would not chose this place again.

去機場的shuttle bus延誤20多分鐘發車

房價平宜還包接送. 房間很小, 房內基本設施不足,連一個水柸都沒有, shuttle bus每一小時一班, 班次充足, 但早上去機場預約搭六時的shuttle bus,因有客人遲到, 延誤20幾分鐘, 還要先停國內線機場再轉國際線機場要10多分鐘, 這個安排太差了, 為何不叫遲到的客人改搭下一班??

方便，員工服務態度不錯。

飛機延誤，出關已經超過約好酒店BUS的時間，只好坐計程車，費用RM$32.5，比酒店BUS車RM$35便宜。 酒店旁邊有一間小吃店，早上Morning Call是用人工，很特別。

真較偏辟！楼下只有餐廳及小店，對住公路！晚上路上較黑暗，只價格還可以！來回機場德士20分鐘

沒什麼娱樂，只困在酒店房，wifi接收尚算可以接受！附近餐廳食物選擇不多！simple.召酒店車去KLIA1 Airport費用MYR35,20mins到達！

It was convenient. Shuttle pick up was on time. The hotel was basic but adequate. All staff driver, reception were friendly. Surroundings are industrial and a little basic but enough shops eateries around.

空港から無料のシャトルで約20分、部屋は最低限のもののみ。デスクや椅子はありません。ドライヤーが要リクエストとなっていたのでフロントに頼むと館内にたった1台しかなく、それも今は誰かが使っていていつ戻ってくるかわからないとのことで結局使えず。台帳管理するか安いものでいいから全室に入れたらどうかと思う。朝の空港行バスは10分前厳守でロビーに来いと言われたが、乗ってからドライバーがのらりくらりしていて結局時間を5分過ぎての出発。とにかく何もかもゆるいホテル。周辺には何もないので食べるものなどは空港であらかじめ買っておくのがベター。まぁ2000円しない価格でホテルに泊まれるのなら有りかな、という程度。

Tight space for two twin beds in room. Plug in will not hold adapter in place and found only one plug in in the room. No shower curtain to prevent water splash in washroom. But appreciate on time free shuttle bus to airport at 5AM.

Transit hotel.

A good comfortable hotel with free shuttle to and from the airport. I stay at this transit hotel regularly & will continue to stay here. It is a budget hotel,everything works ok. It's clean & comfortable.

I like that Bary Inn is steadily improving with conditions over the years. Good and economic choice for a transit hotel. As a recommendation, best if they indicate shuttle bus pickup points at KLIA online, because they did not respond to my special request to email me, where the pick up point was and didn’t pick up the phone (I arrived late at night). So I got taxi and got to know free shuttle bus info inside hotel only. The rest is fine. Wishing all success to Bary Inn! Will be staying in here in the future again.
