Toliet no clean up with the used teeth brush from previous customers. Toliet is dirty and ugly.. also the lift with big noise, and the pillow too high and not comfortable

we have checked the room before guest check-in. this is a routine our housekeeping staff to make sure everything is clean n toiletries is new. if let say, the guest believe or think that the tooth brush is not new, the guest should inform the hotel as soon as possible (urgent/immediate case like this, should be escalated to the correct channel)

恐怖旅社
房間非常髒、一開始給我們3樓的房間，進房後小孩打開冰箱看到裡面有二杯喝一半的飲料（不知道放了多久⋯）、衣櫥門壞的，跟櫃檯反應後幫我們換了一間，結果吹風機是壞掉的，且櫃檯說沒辦法協助；樓梯跟走廊很多紙屑垃圾，房間霉味很重、浴室內的洗髮精蓋子是壞的，裡面液體不明，浴室牆壁跟門都是黴菌，洗手台會漏水（地上濕一圈） 因為是一早飛機離開馬來西亞，所以訂了離機場近的飯店，但要離開的時間太早怕叫不到grib，請飯店幫忙叫taxi，價格要80馬幣（隔天一早看grib 只要30馬幣） 離機場車程15分鐘，但從吉隆坡市區到飯店、加上飯店到機場二段車資，不如住吉隆坡再搭機場快線划算

雖然來機場車程約15分鐘，但你會後悔
水喉出水是黃色，服務員表示因昨天停了水，沒辦法。洗手間衛生頗差。十分劣。

near the KLIA, clean room, comfort bed and pilow, nice staff but, no hand held shower (only top shower), no shampoo (only body shampoo), poor breakfast quality

小地方要注意，浴室門壞了沒修，窗框有矽膠掉下ㄧ節應修補。整體來說起來床還滿舒適，離機場不遠趕搭飛機方便。

酒店離機場比較近，我們是第二天一早的飛機所以訂的酒店，酒店有第二天去機場的車，分時段不同價錢，凌晨十二點到早上七點前是二十二馬幣每人，早上七點到晚上十二點前才十一馬幣，價錢還算比較公道，酒店的餐廳24小時有廚師值班可以點吃的，訂了酒店后會包含早餐，非常好！房間比較小，但勝在乾淨，整潔，總體不錯！

飯店位置算是比較偏僻，還好飯店很貼心的提供往返機場的接駁服務。不過司機開車有點魯莽。建議飯店即使是司機也應該有工作證，在機場接旅客時應出示員工證。否則到機場接乘客時，根本無法辨識是不是飯店的工作人員，這樣會對旅客的安全造成威脅，畢竟馬來西亞不算是安全的國家。飯店的早餐選擇性很少。附近其實也沒什麼店家在賣吃的，三餐基本都得靠飯店。

good transit hotel
It would take around 15 mins from the KLIA2 and i recommended to use the shuttle bus service provided from hotel if arrived KL at late night cause taxi may cause over MR$60. Rooms are definitely clean and beds are good to sleep. Some local restaurants were around the hotel and it opens till 1:00am which is convenient. All in all, it is a good transit hotel which nearby KLIA2.

Komfort og pris hænger sammen ses tydeligt
Må indrømme at jeg blev fanget af de flotte billeder som præsenteres via bookningen. Og da vi valgte det billigste værelse får man også derefter. En 10m2 småt værelse uden vinduer i en stand som kunne ønske sig en spand maling, renovering af diverse defekter og gennemgående rengøring. Valgte hotellet da det var billigt og tæt på lufthavnen. Morgenmaden er intet værd for en dansker, så fravælg denne.

Good for a Transit stay
The hotel is fine for short stay. The deposit amount is different from web info. Wifi is very poor. Otherwise the service and hotel is good.

hotel convenient loc , near eatery butneed upkeep
when we first check in , a lady serve us . the hotel appear under staff at that time . second day a guy on reception did not keep mask on and he seems to have covid . hotel design is ok , but rooms are w/o windows they seems to have problem of house keeping . bed sheets are dirty , pillow are damped .no daily housekeeping . the lobby convenience store sell toiletries basic stuff but not many stuff , gd enuf for late night snacking n drink.
