“This townhome was the perfect location for a last minute getaway with our family. Close to greenway, great restaurant recommendations. Everything we wanted to do was less than 15 minutes away! Very thoughtful touches throughout the home. Got a little toasty on the second floor, but had a fan which allowed us to sleep comfortably. Hope we are able to visit again in the future!”

“Great stay”

“Nice and clean home. Very convenient to Covenant College.”

“Great property! Lovely townhouse that presented as described. Hosts were very responsive for communications. There is a busy set of train tracks right next to the property (as noted) - but the sound machines in the bedroom were a very thoughtful touch for overnight. Private baths, ensuite for the two bedrooms upstairs. Private, separate bathroom for the bedroom on the first floor. Lovely open kitchen and sitting room with a very comfy couch. We enjoyed the patio and outside sitting space……

“We had the best time so much room!! The kitchen was nice and clean. Enough bathrooms for everyone!! Great price for the size of the house!! Loved the historic feel!! ”

“The house was clean but in the description states it has A/C which in my opinion is misleading. The A/C is window only. It kept most of the house cool but one of the bedrooms was a little hot. Also the mattress in the bedroom off the living room really needs to be replaced. I slept on it one night and woke up the next day with a nightmare backache. My son and I changed beds, even though he is a young in shape guy he said the mattress did not provide much support. He thought it looked like one……

“The Patio was Awesome! This is a very clean and comfortable unit. It is on 3 levels so be prepared for stairs. The location is VERY convenient. There was so much within a short walking distance. My favorite was the Bluegrass Grill for breakfast. Easy Uber/Lyft to the Convention Center. Owner was super responsive to communications. Checkin/Checkout was quick and easy.”
