「This was probably the best stay I have had. Everything is more than ready for you. Felt like staying in my own home. If we thought, we forgot something the house already had it. The pond was great to swim, fish and boat on. Everything provided for all of it. Beautiful property in the woods. Seen wild turkey in the morning walking through the back deck area. Can not stress enough how wonderful of a stay, we will be returning to this location for many years to come. 」

We’ve stayed countless vrbo properties and definitely feel like with this house you get the most bang for your buck. If you forgot to bring something chances are this house has it. We will undoubtedly return annually. If you’re trailering a boat that’s longer than 27 foot you may wanna rent a slip at a nearby marina due to limited length in parking area. A」

「The cabin was lovely and well stocked to meet our needs. We were a little put off by all the LED lights at night - especially right next to the bed. Not sure anything can be done about that, though. We live on a farm and enjoy darkness at night . Other than that we truly enjoyed our stay. Thank you!!」

「We really enjoyed our stay at this cabin! We appreciated the thoughtfulness that the owner obviously put into the cabin. Waiters for the nearby river for fishing hung on a rack, hot chocolate, snacks, candy and popcorn were on the counter, you can tell they care. The location was so peaceful and quiet! The hot tub on the back porch was our favorite part - it was the perfect spot to watch the sun rise. I saw a few mention the loft being hot, and it seemed they had installed an ac upstairs to help...

「This cozy cabin was perfect for our needs! My husband, our 14 yr old son and myself were in Cookson for the Bassmaster Jr/ HS tournament. The location was perfect! We were close to the tournament ramp at Chicken Creek and used the Cookson Bend ramp for practice days. It was super convenient! The cabin was a peaceful place for the boys to relax after being on the water all day and a great place for me to enjoy some peace & quiet while they were gone! Ha! The property was super clean upon arrival...
