“The spa and pool are fantastic, especially the heated outdoor pool and the variety of saunas (including one with a terrace view!). We loved the child-friendly pools and the fully protected indoor play area.
The hotel had wonderful Christmas/New Year decorations, creating a mood and giving us wonderful photos.
The service was outstanding. Our child was delighted by the small toy gift at check-in, and we received complimentary drinks from the mini-bar. Also, we were generously granted a one-hour……

“Excellent hotel. Very helpful and polite staff as well as a great location. The room was spacious, clean and had great guest amenities. The Breakfast was excellent and the spa was truly exceptional. I highly recommend the hotel.”

Just despite my reservation was "pay in the property" they wanted me to pay for at least one night 2 days before check in which is something I did not experience before and literally the reservation is not ""pay at property""”

“Good location, you can walk to the old town within 20 mins
Room size is ok. Big desk which is suitable for business trip
Breakfast is good. Only the toaster is overheating, breads are brunt.
Very friendly staff, always smile and be willing to help customers’ needs. ”

“Mir haben das Zimmer, das Personal und die Ausstattung sehr gut gefallen. Alles war sehr sauber. Zu meinem Geburtstag habe ich sogar Kuchen bekommen, was mich sehr gefreut hat. Wasser war kostenlos verfügbar. Außerdem gibt es einen Kinder-Spielraum, den man zwei Stunden kostenlos nutzen kann. Das Essen ist hervorragend.”

“Great stay! The half board was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of options for everyone. The staff were wonderful—very polite, attentive, and always smiling. The room was great: comfortable, clean, and well equipped. The spa center was excellent and truly relaxing. Highly recommended!”
