Filthy room. Sheets & towels were stained. Latch on door was broken. Never stay there again.

So so if given the price is cheap
Room is smelly, lots of cigarette buds outside the room window. Bed sheets are stained but bed is comfortable. Air conditioner is powerful and cold.

Bilik bersih. Cuma, maklumbalas sistem yang menyatakan bahawa saya sudah boleh mendaftar, sangat lambat sehingga saya terpaksa menunggu untuk satu tempoh yang lama. Penerangan tentang pakej bayaran yang agak mengelirukan. Say kena bayar deposit untuk setiap bilik sedangkan di tempat lain bayaran deposit hanya dibayar sekali atau satu sahaja untuk semua jumlah bilik yang ditempah. Selak pintu ada yang sudah patah. Layanan kakitangan mesra dan membantu.

The hotel is in good location very near to the malls and area center. However the facilities are serious wear, the amenities are not clean up for the claimed 3-Star hotel standard. No towels in room, the receptionist gave me one towel at check-in, The hotel is a nice building with pretty architect, maybe it is not in a tourist or business area so it doesn't want to maintain or upkeep. Staff is super nice and friendly though. Overall it is OK for a stop-by.

Nice to see from outside.. But once u check in.. It is quite bad hotel.. Water heater not function, request for kettle and was given malfunction.. Doubtful to use swimming pool.. Corridor also very dirty.. May b only my bad day

Dirty and smelly toilet.
Terrible dirty and smelly toilet. Parking space in basement with no light, dark. Corridor wall with liquid splatter mark. Hotel staff were not friendly, I need to shout from the outdoor lobby to request the luggage trolley to unload my stuff from my car, the staff was so lazy to pickup the trolley. But when she passed me the trolley, it was no sincerity, without smile, no eye contact, no welcome greeting, hard and tight face, put the trolley about 5m from my car and leave it there so i have to pick it up by myself.

No towels in our family room. Requested to be sent to room but no action taken at all until the time we check out the next day. Quite disappointed.

Good location. Near to shopping complex and shop. Near to my working place. But facilities not in good condition. Short stay and for working purposes should value for money

Upon entering, the was the sound of water dripping in the shower..... The towels was damp..... The walls of the shower was mouldy..... The floor kinda feel sticky..... Please improve....

JUst a family getaway holiday
themattres was hard and the pillows was flat.theres no kettle for boiling water and we stay at family room and yet theres packed of mix coffee .

Lesson learned : Check confirmation before proceed
Has been booking use hotels.com and paid made but when checked in not able to find confirmation number. It created problem that I need to pay on the spot at a normal higher rate and wait for hotels.com to get reply. It Not reliable if one day I booked for oversea hotels and when I reach and tell me that not able to find confirmation and need me to pay on the spot at higher rate while waiting reply from hotels.com. It is a little ridiculous that payment made but do not get my room.

Cleaning and services.
What a terrible experience staying this hotel. First moment seen it are so excited but when you check it is nightmare. Better stay away from here unless you like adventure with special purposes.

Nightmare
Disgusting room. Unfriendly receptionists. Unorganized parking lots. The balcony was dirty, full of cigarette butts. And the toilet was crap.

Keadaan bilik tidak sempurna.
Pinggan mangkuk yg digunakan pengguna sebelum tidak dikutip dihadapan pintu. Tuala tidak disediakan. Room servis untuk makanan tidak dapat dihubungi walaupun masa diketika itu jam 10. Sedangkan perkhidmatan sehingga jam 10.30.
