“If you do anything book this hotel! From the moment you arrive on the airstrip you’re greeted with nothing but the best hospitality. The staff really make this place amazing. Daniel the manager and Denis the safari guide work alongside the staff to make sure you have the best experience. From the moment you wake up in your gorgeous suite to the moment you enter your safari car the experience is like no other. We came here on our honeymoon and can say it had been one of our best experiences to……

“What an incredible stay! The staff here are just so welcoming and exceptional, truly top-notch. This place has it all, from ultimate relaxation to an unforgettable safari experience. If you're heading to the Serengeti, this is the only place I'd suggest staying at.”

“Unfortunately, our experience with this place started off as a nightmare. We emailed them more than 45 days in advance to confirm payment of the park fees for two people and received no response. As our arrival date got closer, we had to repeatedly email and call just to get basic information. When we tried to confirm airport pickup, the staff became overly aggressive about selling us their game drive package. We clearly explained that we already had some activities booked and would decide after……

“The staff was incredibly nice and helpful. The resident manager so nice and engaging. You feel welcome the moment you enter the premisses. The view from the rooms is stunning.”

“My stay was OK, but nobody from the hotel advised how to enter Serengeti Park via flight, while fees to be paid in the hotel - I was stuck at Serengeti airport for 3 hours”

“All good staff was very polite and carrying”

“IEverything was amazing , specially Julius , John and all the staff with great heart. Can"t wait to come back .”

“Personnel très agréable et très serviable. Belle endroit très reposant Je recommande”

“Amazing property and management! Everything and everyone was very friendly and great! Rooms are huge, hot showers, amazing breakfast and dinner. Staff was super helpful and went beyond our needs. Definitely book, you will nit be sorry! We saw a lot of lions, zebras and other animals on the property.”

“Een geweldige locatie! Grote kudde wilde beast en zebra's in de vlakte voor de tent. Giraffen lopen voorbij. Leeuwen vlakbij die je s nachts hoort brullen. Echt fantastisch! Heerlijk eten, kampvuur”

“Nice location, spacious tent with luxurious design. We got to watch a group of wildebeest running in front of our tent and also had pumabaa visited too. Staff are very helpful to make our stay memorable and comfortable. Highly recommend.”

“Horrible service. Did not stay due to a missed flight and poor communication with the property. Contacted the property multiple times over months with the same request and they rarely if ever responded. When I contacted them about missing my flight they had the audacity to inform me that I "only booked for 1 person" which contradicted my many emails and the hotels.com booking for 1 room with 2 adults. Decided to cut ties and stay at a much nicer hotel in Arusha instead of further dealing with……

“Een oase in de Serengeti! We hebben ons verblijf zelfs verlengd, zo fijn was het. Prachtige tenten, super personeel en heerlijk eten: Het complete plaatje. Het is wat ver (dik anderhalf uur) van de Mara-river, maar de perfecte plek om na een intense safari-dag aan te spoelen.”
