An excellent place to stay. Tastefully decorated. Not far from Senegambia strip and restaurants and entertainment. Excellent staff and courteous and entertaining owner. Highly recommended.

Stopped over during a trip to Senegal and I’m very happy I did! Property is stunning and staff is warm. Owner took time out to introduce himself and ensure my stay was going well which I appreciated.

RoofTop is truly a gem! Before booking I had read several reviews praising this place which lead to high expectations - and I was not disappointed. From the stunning rooms to the tentative and professional staff, this is a must-stay when in Gambia. Or might I say it's worth booking a trip just to see this small and exclusive paradise. The owner Urban makes you feel like you have come home, a very serene feeling that many of us need!

Tack! Här är en utvidgning av din text: Ett underbart chict hotell där varje detalj är noggrant genomtänkt. Svenska ägaren Urban och hans dedikerade personal skapar en sprakande upplevelse för alla gäster. Från den fantastiska takterrassen med utsikt som tar andan ur en, till de zebramönstrade möblerna som ger en unik och lekfull atmosfär. Varje rum är en oas av stil och komfort, och den vänliga servicen gör att man känner sig som hemma. Det är verkligen en plats där man kan koppla av och njuta av livets små nöjen.

Home away from home! As someone that doesn't leave reviews often is well travelled ( 12 countries last year alone!) and fussy about where I lay my head for a good nights sleep I cannot recommend Rooftop enough. not only is it a beautiful space and environment its also the people that work there the owner, security the staff and bar team are all incredible no ask is too big or too small and they will go above and beyond to ensure you enjoy your stay. My room was incredible, I felt like a princess waking up every morning. Getting out of bed was particularly hard as the bed was so COMFY! Alongside comfort, the room was spotless and cleaned every day to such a high standard. I HIGHLY recommend getting the breakfast to start your day right its simple delicious and you can order eggs, pancakes and waffles to be made fresh. To summarise if ( when ) I visit The Gambia again I will be staying here! <3

1st what we didnt like I hated leaving . I loved this place so much , I kicked myself in the behind for having booked a second hotel in an area that I thought was better. It was not. And the second accommodation refused to give me a refund so i had to move out of Rooftop , Very sad What i liked Everything else. Its located in a quite residential area, but very close to beach, monkey park, restaurants , Senegambia strip ( which frankly is a bit too loud ) while The Rooftop is just right in every way We got free upgrade, breakfast was lovely. The rooms were super clean and very tastefully decorated. The bar staff became like a sister in a very short time. Very welcoming and friendly. Staff directed us to everywhere we needed, Amadou even walked with us to the monkey park and bece our private tour guide. Wish he could go with us to our new accomodation , he is very nice and friendly and never asked for a single penny. Urban the DON of the place. Is a lovely older gentleman who told us about his long history in Gambia with many lovely stories. The restaurants are a very short distance away. The terrace on top was heavenly Sunbeds on the roof and a rooftop tropical gargen .
