“I loved staying at Villa Cerrado das Fontainhas and wish I could've stayed several days! The lodging is warm and inviting and the landscape is gorgeous. Generous breakfast, too! I used the spa service for a fantastic massage and facial. I have already told friends and family to plan a stay at Villa Cerrado das Fontainhas!”

“We had a wonderful stay at Quinte Verde Sintra. Hotel (or Bed and Breakfast?) grounds are wonderful and you can see the Moorish Castle from the pool - breathtaking views! You do need a car though or Uber (or both if you are not comfortable driving around the Sintra palaces in narrow and busy streets). Owner was very welcoming and informative on how to enjoy our stay and park our cars, breakfast (optional) was a great way to start the day. Thank you very much, we will be back!”

“We appreciated that they contacted us via WhatsApp which allowed for quick and fluid communication. Anything we needed there was a response in less than 5 minutes. They kindly sent a map of nearby free parking and we were able to secure a spot less than 2 minutes walking from the property. Check in was easy and the property absolutely precious! Our room was spacious, spotless and filled with amenities such as a mini bar with beer and juice and soda free of charge, hats to use during our stay,……

“The hotel service is generally ok and breakfast is good. The only thing we found inconvenience is there is no shower room or enclosed area for bath or shower. We booked a room accommodation for 4 persons. There is a bathtub not far from the bed and there is no door or blind. Basically the room inside has no privacy for a group of 4 to stay. Fortunately, we only stayed 1 night and can take shower after we moved to the next hotel. ”
