Scam and terrible house to rent!
Terrible experience! The photos from the website did not correspond to reality (room design, number of beds, kitchen, pool area). The owner has not changed the information on the site for a long time. ONLY 2 WEEK before our vacation owner says the house was remodeled and now the 3rd full bedroom is now a kids room with tiny bed and room full of toys. Dirty toys.
- Instead of the owner of the house, we were met by cleaning lady, she was nice but didn't go over everything we needed. Nobody did not warn us about the presence of an alarm. Instead of enjoying our vacation in the first hour upon arrival, we were figuring out how to turn off the alarm, which was blazing inside and outside the house, police is on the way. It was a solid 15-minute fight to turn it off, not until the owner was contacted.
- The house was dirty, especially in the 3rd bedroom!
- Half of the things in the house are broken. The window holders are broken and do not hold the metal curtains, the broken mirror was sitting on the kitchen table, glass stand with candle was also broken, which I almost cut myself on and much more.
We tried to keep our negative experience to our self, but the attitude of the owners in the end leaves us no other choice. We are clean people, we left regular clean up after ourselves, we cleaned all the dishes and put all towels in the bins, owner wanted to charge us $600 Euro! because of unclean house and something broken. We didn't break anything. Scam and terrible house to rent!
