I specifically selected a more expensive family room consisting of two separate bedrooms, but they were given a different, cheaper room type instead. “We stayed at this place for three very disappointing nights. It is located in a narrow alley that, in our view, was one of the least attractive areas of the city. Unfortunately, our experience was far from what was presented on Expedia. The accommodations advertised online did not match what we found when we entered the room. “GPS leads us to wrong destination. The GPS information needs update. When checking in,the staff was not aware of our reservation. They had to give us rooms in a rush which I suspected lead to some bad room quality. And the counter was hardly capable of talking in any bit of english. (The lady when we checked out was OK to talking in English.)”
