Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Sunset Cove is a perfect location for families with young children. The beach is protected by the cove which makes it safer for swimming. There is a kiddie pool as well as a larger pool with a swim up snack bar.The unit was very well equipped and comfortable for our group of 4 adults and 3 small children. The complex and surrounding areas felt safe and we really enjoyed our stay.

We stayed in unit #131 and were just 15 steps from the water. While they have a nice pool, swimming in the cove was something we did daily. We will defiantly return to Sunset Cove!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our second stay this year. We loved this condo, price and location so much! Plenty of room for 6 adults, even one more. Comfy, clean and you can't beat the view. Steps to your private ocean cove. Excellent all day snorkeling. Night time relaxing in the hot tub. Pretty good food at pool bar. We'll be back. Close by delicious restaurants and liquor and grocery store.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was great. Walk right out to a beautiful beach and into the ocean. Unfortunately, the owners did a poor job of caring for the condo. We arrived and went to the grocery store only to return and find out the refrigerator was broken. Took them 4 days to fix. The TVs did not work and we had teens. The fan in the master did not work. There was no place to put clothes or suitcases in one of the bedrooms except the floor. The management company offered us a different condo that was up three flights and was cheaper than the one we rented. We would not have had direct access to the beach. The only thing that saved the vacation was the outdoor porch on beach, the activities on the island, the beautiful water and the great restaurants.

Reviewer Comments: Perfect location. walk out the back door to your beach with cove for easy floating in the water. condo had all the equipment and plenty of space for our 6 people. there are electric scooters all over the place to run down to the grocery store or to a restaurant. did not need a car. definitely will return And stay here!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been staying here for years and finally after the shut down, we were able to get back. The unit we stayed in was recently remodeled and the view was spectacular as always. Well maintained and equipped. The on site staff was friendly and helpful, the new pool bar is great.

Our rental at #131 was a very well maintained condo. The down side to this location is margaritaville. Now that margaritaville has been converted to an all inclusive, the cozy atmosphere is going away and the beach area has become crazy. If you are not on beach by 7:00, you will not get a group of chairs together.

This condo is clean, comfortable and the ocean view and convenience of staying right on the beach cannot be beat. We were 2 families (4 adults, 2 children, 2 toddlers) and had plenty of room for everyone. The beach is great for the kids, although the rock enclosure takes away from the view a bit. The sand is definitely softer as you go towards the bigger hotels on Seven Mile Beach but we didn't mind. The pool was large and very nice, with a swim up bar! There is a pharmacy, a huge supermarket and a few nice restaurants within walking distance so you don't need a car. The management company was helpful and responsive and we had a great stay overall.
