The penthouse apartment was completed brand new in 2022 and features a fully equipped kitchen with an 8-seater countertop, Bosch appliances (energy-efficient oven, microwave, gas stovetop, fridge, freezer, dishwasher), and small appliances including a coffee machine, espresso machine, air fryer, kettle, and a toaster, there’s everything you need for entertaining. The open plan living space has a huge comfy sofa with plenty of cozy blankets perfect for movie watching on the 80" 4K smart television.
The 2 x king-size bedrooms are furnished with super comfy mattresses, hypoallergenic luxurious bedding, and easy-to-use flatscreen 4K smart TVs with Netflix, YouTube, and many other apps already installed. The full-size bunk bedroom also has hypoallergenic bedding and carefully selected super comfy mattresses and has been designed to be a kids' (and big kids') paradise with 2 x 4K gaming smart TVs (yes, 2!) also with Netflix, etc as well as a Playstation5 fully loaded with 2 x joypads, 2 x headphones, and an array of games for you to enjoy (Fortnight, GTA, Gran Turismo, Spiderman, and many others). Great for occupying multiple kids, playing games, and watching movies all at the same time.
All rooms have large balconies with seating overlooking the stunning pool, gardens, and a canal water view. The Master Bedroom has private access to a large balcony and the Living Room, Guest Room, and Bunk Room each share access to another large balcony.
All 3 bathrooms feature Kohler fixtures. The Master Bedrooms en suite bathroom has a deep soaker tub that can easily fit 2 adults, double sinks, and a rainfall shower. The Guest Rooms en suite bathroom has double sinks, and a shower. The bathroom directly adjacent to the Bunk Room has a sink, and a bathtub and shower combined
