The rooms and areas were a bit tired looking and worn, for example the towels were scraggy, there was no where to hang a towel in the bathroom, the lock on the bathroom door was dodgy, but the hotel staff in all areas from reception to the spa and the bistro were extremely friendly and professional. 「Checking in was really easier, we were shown around and then to our room. If you are going to stay here definitely book the mountain view room "Parc", modern spacious room. The train station is a short walk which is great for getting around. Thank you for a great stay. All staff were really friendly. 」
