“The hotel is a little old and dated, but the staff were friendly and helpful (although at breakfast we were initially told that your name/room number was not on the list - an issue that was quickly corrected). We were in a disabled room (I had specifically requested a ground floor room which the hotel promptly agreed to, although we didn't specifically require the disabled facilities).
