Get back to nature at this private distinctive 3BR/2BA chalet located in a wooded area with views from the screened in porch. From the main level open concept with the living room and full equipped kitchen,also wood burning fire place.French doors from this area goes on to the deck which invites you to enjoy the scenery & mountain views again and again. Main floor also has 2 queen bed bedrooms, with a full bathroom between the bedrooms. Upstairs you will find the third private bedroom with a TV. Also upstairs you will find an open lofted are where you will find the Foosball table and a bunk bed. This bunk bed is a twin over full.The second full bathroom is also on this upper level. . The owners have put tongue and grove in the lower level at this time to give it a more cabin feel.Outside on the large screened in deck you will find a large hot tub with a great view of the mountains and valley.

Whether you're outside enjoying the view or playing in the big yard, this chalet is what you are looking for to make great memories for your family

Money grab don’t recommend
The bathroom’s were nasty best were possibly worst I’ve slept on hot tub was filthy couldn’t even use it and that was the main reason we went. I was told I was going to get a partial refund but never did instead I had surprise charges what a surprise I wouldn’t recommend anyone stay here. Very disappointed

It was easy renting this property. It was fine for a few days. We felt that it needed a little more cleaning, due to cobwebs and dust. Some of the beds were a tad uncomfortable too, but overall we enjoyed ourselves.

Run far and fast from this property. Absolutely horrible!
To begin with, we never received the text with the access code and had to call the rental company. When we arrived, thank God it was before all the local stores closed for the day. The sheets and blankets were disgusting. There was dog hair all in the bedding and when we removed the sheets, there were urine stains all over the mattress cover and mattress. We had to go buy all new sheets, blankets, and towels. The towels were old and dingy. When making the beds, we pulled them out from the wall and there were several inches of dirt and debris in the floor, indicating it hasn’t been cleaned in quite some time. The pull out couch was full of trash, food wrappers, and crayons. In the right side downstairs bedroom, the floor is rotten and we literally had to step over the hole so we didn’t fall through the floor. I almost took a tumble several times when accidentally stepping on the rotten wood. The refrigerator is old, put together with tape, and leaks water in the floor. The well water is full of iron and smells like you’re bathing in blood when you take a shower. The hot tub was full of sand/dirt. We were told by the rental company it’s sediment from the well water and they’re aware just how bad the water is in this place. We didn’t dare dip so much as a toe in this monstrosity. The stairs leading into the property are rickety and my 18 year old son fell down the slick moss-covered stairs, hurting his hand and ruining a brand new shirt. The house smells of mold and mildew and there’s black mold from a leaky roof in the upstairs bedroom. We made the rental company aware of all the issues and were offered a measly $90 refund. It was so bad we actually cut our trip short and came home early because we couldn’t stay there in this filthy, run down, mold infested shack one minute longer. Save yourself some heartache and walk away from this crap hole. What should have been a fun-filled family trip turned into the vacation from hell thanks to this abysmal rental.

Money grab - Beware.
Cockroaches, second hand furnishings, and it smells like a wet dog. It’s obvious that the owner of this place has no interest in providing anything more than the cheapest appointments. The floor in one bedroom is rotting and someone will fall through at some point in the future. Hot tub is old and doesn’t work well and refrigerator/freezer isn’t worth $50 at a thrift store. Location is good and the management company staff is professional, but they should raise their standards or significantly lower rates for this place. WiFi works great, but TV’s are all super cheap brands. I could have should have spent a lot more on a place I could feel comfortable in. We found all the rules posted everywhere hilarious!! This is money grab BEWARE.

Vacation with family
The cabin was a great set up for our family of 10, loved the screened in porch. Could use a little more attention to details with the house keeping. The hot tub had sand like grit all in the bottom of it so we were not able to use it. And only supplied us with two rolls of toilet paper and no extra trash bags for the 3 night stay. Overall a good stay.

Our teen son had ball games over the weekend. We decided to extend the stay and make it a vacation and bring the rest the family. Plenty of space. Nice location to gatlinburg and pigeon forge.

Overall the unit was pretty good - nice cabin feel that could use some updating. It held 6 of us very comfortably. It was mostly clean inside but had an Indian Curry smell to it. We bought a candle and took care of that problem. I was a little disappointed with the deck and grill area cleanliness. Deck could have used a vacuuming (yes it is indoor/outdoor carpet) and there were still cans, foil, etc by the grills. We did not use the hot tub at all so no comment on that. HInts for future renters: Bring some extra garbage bags as we never found any other than the one in the can when we got there. Bring some bottled water - I didn't trust the way it looked coming out of the faucet. Also, when using the dryer, you can prop the door open with the shower door. :) We found it to be a short drive to the activities we wanted to do and Xplorie was an easy way to save some money. We had a great but busy vacation.
