“While the Cabin is nice, the drive is impossible. I would not recommend for senior citizens. The driveway is straight up hill and narrow. If you are in a car you will bottom out. Once at the top there is no where to turn around. We where in a Tacoma. The Internet is also horrible. It disconnects from your device over and over. The cabin itself isn't bad. The hot tub is nice too. If you are there to chill and not go to town, the TV channels are weak. There are like 15. We ended up on Roku……

“This cabin was perfect for my family. Spacious, clean, 2 full baths and quiet! It is located just off the parkway which was very convenient. The host was great to work with also. He sent an email beforehand to let us know that the national park now requires a parking permit, which was very helpful and appreciated. We would definitely stay here again.”

“This was the perfect place for my boyfriend and I to enjoy our spring break! The communication with hosts was so clear and easy. We were a little confused when we walked into the main level because it wasn't what was pictured in the listing, but then we went to the upstairs (gorgeous!) The view over the lake and surrounding trees was beautiful and the space itself was pretty clean. The window across from the bed faces the east so there are unobstructed sunrise views every morning over the water.……

“Great place just a little rough around the edges. Very quiet and plenty of bed space. Living room was a little small for our group but fireplace was nice. Needs a little paint and refreshing. Beds were great and kids loved the bunk beds.”

“Pros: This is a nice clean safe area with lots of well spaced out homes and no traffic. The whole community is tucked away by the river in Pigeon Forge. All the houses are up on stilts so keep that in mind if you have elderly guests, toddlers, luggage and groceries. The house was nicely decorated with warm rich decor and had a very homey feeling. The kitchen was well stocked and ready to cook a meal. The beds were comfy and each bedroom had a bathroom. It also had a washer and dryer in house.……

“My wife and I celebrated our 11th Anniversary in High Expectations and we could not have been any more pleased than we were. This place is the perfect couples retreat hosted by a wonderful couple who made it extra special for us; providing us with a card, flowers, chocolates and wine on our arrival. “My family and I (6 kids and 5 adults) had an absolute blast during our week there. Loved the huge game room - the kids all slept on the sleeper sofas in that room, so each had his/her own bed. The kitchen was wonderfully equipped, and we cooked and ate at the cabin for all except two meals. The long benches in the dining area gave us plenty of room to eat together, play games together, AND work on a jigsaw puzzle. The hot tub was a hit, too. Everything was very clean and comfy. “Paradise describes this cabin perfectly as our 3 day stay was nothing short of just that! The cabin is perfectly situated near the top of the smoky mountains in the Pigeon Forge area. The view of the mountains from the multi-level decks in the back is outstanding. So calm & peaceful, you could get lost in your thoughts for hours gazing at the beautiful sunrises & sunsets as glimpses of smoke come from the mountains. The cabin is jam-packed with various amenities! So many, we didnt have a chance……

“The bathroom’s were nasty best were possibly worst I’ve slept on hot tub was filthy couldn’t even use it and that was the main reason we went. I was told I was going to get a partial refund but never did instead I had surprise charges what a surprise I wouldn’t recommend anyone stay here. Very disappointed”
