「Hoy tub was great. We saw bears 3 days in a row. Even had them on the porch. Views are amazing as is the proximity to skiing. This could be a 5 star property, but, maintenance is lacking. Examples: fridge filters need changing. Some games in game room are inoperable. Biggest area of concern for us was the presence of mold in both showers. With a house that sleeps 14 you expect kitchen stocked with enough glasses and cups to support that. As well as pots and pans. There are pots and pans but...

「Friendly host, great location, clean space with helpful reminders all around of how to use and care for the space. The gaming area downstairs is AWESOME. We had a stressful drive in and that space really helped up start off our trip on a high note by letting us let loose and have fun. Great place, have already recommended it to other Dollywood friends! 」

「First off, the host Michael, is an awesome host. Super communicative and helpful, the way true customer service should be. He definitely enhanced our stay. And second, the house is fantastic! We have three kids and they had an absolute blast while at the house between the pool table, arcades, and hot tub. The layout is great with three king suites (two upstairs and one downstairs), and the views are incredible! We loved the house and all the cool decor that made it feel like a mountain house....

「This rental was perfect for our family of four. Very convenient to Ober Mountain and Gatlinburg, but toward the top of a mountain so it was nice and quiet. It was too cold outside for us to make good use of the porches or hot tub, but the view was lovely and as advertised. We fixed several meals in the kitchen and all was good (the only thing we couldn't find that we needed were potholders, but that was no big deal).
