The cabin was situated in a beautiful setting. Location was perfect. Pool and hot tub were clean, cleanliness of floors and on the decks could have been a little better. Hot tub wouldn’t turn on first night (found out after hours of office being open, no big deal), they sent someone out next day and had it working for us. Would definitely stay here again!
The location was great! Mountain View beautiful! The pool in the basement and hot tub on the deck was such a bonus. The only issue we had was the broken dish washer but other than that it was perfect!
We loved it. Despite being in a relatively busy area the majority of the cabin is isolated and private. The pool was wonderful and the hot tub too. Relatively close to the national park entrance
Overall great stay. Nice space, plenty of towels. Fast replies for communication. Pool room was nice and a great addition although it was cold. Hot tub was not working on arrival, they came next day to fix. It ran out of chlorine and they never replaced it so was not usable at that point.
The overall stay was good. Only hiccups were that the hottub didnt work and the tv on the bottom floor didnt work and we couldnt change the channel in the main bedroom. We didn't spend a whole lot of time there so it wasnt a big deal. They offered to come fix the hottub but our trip was almost over anyway so we decided to leave it alone. For the future, i would ask them to check everything twice.
Nice cabin. Conveniently located. Pool was a bit dirty when we got there. We loved the hot tub. The cabin is a bit noisy though. If you have guests upstairs it gets loud and the stairs are very noisy. Overall good experience.
I have stayed at several of their properties and have always loved them. This property was fine but the location just wasn't my favorite. There was a lot of through traffic and it was loud. Dump trucks often turning around right in front of our cabin. Lots of yelling and engine revving. The property was nice though. Having the pool was great. It was convenient to a lot of the attractions.

Expecting more…
The cabin could have been very nice however the cleanliness was lacking. There was underwear in the drawer of one of the upstairs dressers and cob webs in most all corners. Some updates would be recommended also. The cable was not working when we got to cabin and guest services did send a great maintenance man to fix issue. Guest services had to be called twice since they never returned my phone call to let us know any updates. We left a day early. All in all the cabin was fine just expecting more for the price we paid.

Short of what’s expected
Property was nice but definitely needs some updating and deep cleaning. Cobb webs all over the walls and picture above bed in main bedroom. When entering property as a late check In sheets on main bed and memory foam topper was on floor and assuming they were dirty to be left on the floor. Since we checked in after 6 pm there was nobody to call because after 6 pm Timber Tops has nobody unless a maintenance emergency. Hot tub never worked the whole time of stay and called multiple times only to be told their maintenance guys were busy and would try to get to us. It’s really disappointing because we were looking forward to the hot tub while our kids could enjoy the pool. The cabin does sit close to a main road to other cabins so we did notice quite a bit of traffic from the main bedroom also. For small kids be very careful of the narrow twisting stairs to go down to the pool. Made me nervous for my kids to be going up and down by themselves. For the price of this cabin I definitely expected everything to be better than it was.

When we arrived at the cabin after a long drive we entered the cabin to realize we had NO AC. The temperature in the cabin was 83 degrees. Noticed that the AC had a huge block of ice on the lines inside the cabin. Being said, then water was dripping from the ac down to the bottom floor which the pool table and pool were located. I called timber top to report the issue, said a tech would be right out. Waited about 2 hrs and still no show, called again talked to a different receptionist and then put it in as Urgent work order. So 4 1/2 hrs later, tech finally came and got it running. In process he had to turn the heat on to thaw the pipes and got even hotter in the cabin. Was very un comfortable and unsettling. Then after 2 days of sight seeing and attractions we decided to have a relaxing cabin day. Decided to use the hot tub and came to discover that was not working aswell. Called timber top again to put another work order in for the hot tub. Said tech would be right out etc. 2 1/2 hrs later he arrived. Fixed hot tub and added chlorine which was out aswell. Im never one to write bad reviews but the stay was infuriating. We lost alot of time due to mechanical issues. Also we booked in January with a total cost of over $3,000 to come to find out that Timber top was running a $460 spring sale including Memorial Day weekend. The special was not offered to us, mentioned to receptionists and said pretty much there was no way to apply sale even after all the issues.
Pool was unsanitary and hot tub had no power. Both were never fixed for the entire week stay. K
Was told work orders were placed for pool and hottub and other broken items the day of arrival. Was there a week—no items were ever addressed. Was unable to enjoy any of the amenities that we paid for. Will not be using Amazing Views for any further vacations. Was told we would be compensated for unusable amenities—we will see. Very disappointed—told them this upon arrival and even asked if we could be switched to another cabin—no reply.
This cabin is lovely and I would recommend it overall, but it did have its few little drawbacks here and there, as do most properties.
Pros: It was even more stunning in person than in the pics, the woodwork is just gleaming and gorgeous. Living room furniture was very comfy. The living and sleeping areas, kitchen, and bathrooms were cleaned very well. We had everything we needed supplied. The cabin was easy to get to and find. Probably my favorite thing about our stay is that we got to see a black bear right under our porch out scavenging for food the very first morning of our 2 day stay! There is a stone protection wall separating the porch and grounds below so we felt safe enough watching from the main level porch above. The pool was even more spacious and deeper (maybe about 4.5ft at the deepest part I believe?) than we thought it would be and was set at a perfect temperature, not too warm and not too cold. The TV downstairs was a great feature to enjoy while lounging in the pool. The view was mostly trees with a lovely view of the mountains off to the side; we felt very secluded and it was quiet enough, even with the road being so near to the cabin. The checkin and checkout process was very simple and straightforward.
Cons: The pool had a lot of dead bugs around and in it, which wouldn’t be too big of a deal if they at least had a net around that could be used to remove them from the pool but we didn’t see one. The hot tub stopped working but maintenance was by after a few hours and fixed it up - unfortunately since we were leaving the next day and it was already getting late, we had already changed out of our bathing suits by that time so we didn’t get to use it. The spiral stairs are narrow and go quite a good ways down so they are a bit rough on older family members to get up and down. The upstairs beds are pretty uncomfy unless you prefer hard mattresses. The upstairs bathroom door wouldn’t latch closed and the shower door was off its rollers.
Overall, we really did have a relaxing stay and the pros definitely outweighed the cons. It’s a very gorgeous cabin and it felt very luxurious and cozy. We had a great little weekend getaway at Bearly Wet!

Property was pretty clean when we arrived. Check-in process was easy. Mountain view was nice. A couple complaints are the hot tub didn't get very hot, bees were bad on the porch....raining sawdust 24/7, the spiral stairs going down to the pool are sketchy for little ones, and the stairs going upstairs are VERY squeaky!
Overall nice cabin, a little loud because it's right next to the road. The rocking chairs on the balcony are very uncomfortable, I would recommend bringing camping chairs if you like to sit outside a lot.
