Along with a water park, this smoke-free cabin has an indoor pool and a hot tub. Other amenities include laundry facilities, an arcade/games room and barbecues. Amazing Home

Our stay at was amazing. Between the pool and the golf simulator, everyone was always busy. The oven did not work while we were there but communication with Mountain Vibes was great and they tried to remedy the situation as best as they could.

"Bluff Mountain Splash" at Spring Break

Once again, this fabulous home provided us with the perfect space for our large group! The pools, game rooms (esp the new golf simulator), turfed play area, expansive kitchen/dining areas and super roomy bedrooms with attached bathrooms were all so well planned out! AWESOME HOME!

This was the first family trip for my family and I. We had a blast! The view was amazing and the kids couldn’t stay out the pool! We saw a bear up close and it was pretty awesome. Highly recommended! Would definitely stay again!

Breathtaking views

We have stayed all over the Smokies and have never had a view like we enjoyed at Bluff Mountain Splash. One of the most beautiful homes we have had the pleasure of renting, such a great layout and spaces for family members of all ages to enjoy. Location can’t be beat, extremely close to downtown Sevierville/Pigeon Forge area compared to other developments. Top of the line experience in every way and we can’t wait to visit again. Amazing mountain Getaway

Our time at the Bluff Mountain Splash was a 10/10. A large adult group and there were plenty of places to sleep and create a great vibe. The two game rooms, theater and the pool house was the cherry on top. The jacuzzi was amazing. Property overall was beautiful no complaints. Check in and check out process was seamless. Amazing mountain getaway for our family of 8 (2 adults, 6 kids ranging ages from 9-18). We booked this home for a long weekend to spend as a family & it was perfect. What a wonderful place to make family memories

I can not even begin to say how wonderful this home is! It’s beautiful, it’s clean, it has so very many available activities…. From the pools and hot tub to the massive playrooms, it had something for everyone! We had 12 of us from 5 years old to 62, and three young boys with disabilities and wheelchairs, the elevator made access possible for all! Totally loved our stay!
