The Space:

Welcome to “Gnotty and Nice Cabin” located in Sevierville, TN. This 860sqft cabin is perfect for a couples getaway or honeymoon in the wilderness. If you have a couple of little ones, they’re welcome as well!

The cabin has been updated with new furniture and design to include a king bed, brand new Roku TV, and a coffee bar!

Attractions:
11 minutes to downtown Pigeon Forge
15 minutes to downtown Gatlinburg
12 minutes to Dollywood
18 minutes to Great Smoky Mountains National Park

The Kitchen:
Fully equipped kitchen with an electric stove, dishwasher, fridge, and microwave
Fully stocked coffee bar! We provide ground coffee, K-cups, Nespresso pods, coffee filters, frother, flavored syrup, creamer, and sugar packets
Things we provide: Salt, pepper, oil, paper towels, dish soap, hand soap, and dishwasher pods
Things we DON’T provide: Other spices, foil, Ziploc bags

The Living Room:
Enjoy sitting in the living room on the new sofa (which turns into a queen-sized pullout bed)
Newly remodeled electric fireplace, it’s on all year!
50” Roku smart TV (don’t forget to bring your own passwords for streaming services)
Play an assortment of provided card games and board games to keep you entertained on a night in!

The Bedroom:
Upstairs you’ll find the master bedroom with a new, king-sized bed

Attached to the bedroom is the master bathroom and a door leading out to your private back deck with a hot tub!

The Bathrooms:
Half bath with the washer and dryer downstairs
Master bathroom with a shower/tub upstairs
We provide all the necessary towels along with body wash, shampoo, and conditioner

Back Deck:
The deck is newly furnished with a bistro dining set and rocking chairs!
Outside the bedroom you’ll find a private back deck with the hot tub and outdoor seating
We provide hot tub towels that are located next to the door to the deck

*We STRONGLY recommend that all guests purchase travel insurance for peace of mind and protection as we do not have any control over the weather or other things that may happen on your end.*

- All guests must be 21+ (children with parents are welcome). We do make exceptions on a case-by-case basis. If you have questions, please reach out to us and ask!

-This is a smoke-free home, including the back deck and front porch. No smoking of any substance, including vaping. If you smoke on the property, you will be asked to leave without a refund and be charged an additional cleaning fee of $500.

-No early check-in or late check-out. If you arrive early or depart late there will be a $50 charge. If you depart more than one hour past your designated check-out time, you will be charged for an additional night.

- Absolutely no fires inside or out. Unauthorized fires (including candles) will be charged $300 plus damages.

- No pets. If you sneak in a pet of any kind you will be charged an additional $300 and you will be asked to leave without a refund.

- No parties or events of any kind. If you host a party or event, you will be asked to leave without a refund and charged an additional cleaning fee of $300.

- No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/early guest departures/other things that are beyond our control.

- You will likely see and hear critters due to being in the wilderness. It is very common to see bears in the Smokies.

- The hot tub is available for use by all guests, including children with the supervision of adults. You are not allowed to use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or you are pregnant. Use the hot tub AT YOUR OWN RISK!

*The hot tub is drained and refilled after every stay to ensure cleanliness, which means there is a good chance that the hot tub may not be ready to use for your first night. It is a large amount of water and can take hours to heat up to temperature. This is standard practice for all cabins in the area, and you will run into the same issue at almost any place you stay. If you want to use the hot tub during your stay, we recommend you check it upon arrival to make sure it is set to your desired temperature and is working properly.

*Please note that the hot tub does run a filter cycle for two hours twice a day. The hot tub is located on the deck outside the bedroom so you may notice some noise while the hot tub runs its filter cycle.*

-Condiments, ziploc bags, foil, and charcoal are not provided.

-We provide a starter kit of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, hand soap, and dish soap. For extended stays, you may need to purchase more.

-We provide wall-mounted shower dispensers of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

-Our cabin is located in the mountains, so while it is not a necessity, we do recommend a 4-wheel drive vehicle not only for coming to the cabin but for getting to all of the other attractions that the Smoky Mountains have to offer!

-We will not be present in person but are available to answer any questions between the hours of 7am and 9pm EST. The best way to communicate with us is via the messaging feature of VRBO. We have a family and jobs just like you so we will do our best to answer in a timely manner! If it is important please feel free to reach out to us outside of those hours but we may not get back to you right away. If it is an emergency please call 911.
