Did its purpose!

The stay was mediocre, they should emphasize the DOG friendly aspect! You can smell and visually see the dog friendly parts of the home, nothing a good clean wouldn’t fix though. They also tell you to use the neighbors driveway, which was utilized by the neighbors my entire stay - so that was frustrating! Would I stay again, probably not. But it did its purpose for the weekend - made some great memories!

Weekend get away

The house was cute and as listed but the parking is supet sketchy. There are a lot of stairs, the bottom set doesn't have adequate railing. The house was cute and fun, lighting isnt great and it listed attraction tickets but weren't available to us. Not sure why

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!

It was Filthy, beds looked like they were slept in and not changed. Carpet up stairs disgusting and jacuzzi tub was mildew in jets. Hot tub was cold and pots and pans i wouldn't feed a dog out of. Microwave was horrible and chipping. WE DID NOT STAY!!! Filled a complaint with pictures

Family Get A Way

Cabin was beautiful but needs TLC. Two reasons we picked this place was they allowed our 3 dogs & the hot tub. We were highly disappointed to find the hot tub appears to have a crack or something from underneath as it would not hold water. Water consistently leaked out and kept the underneath deck wet & driveway. I’m sure the deck is rotting from staying saturated in water. We filled it up & less than 12 hours it leaked back out so we didn’t use it for fear of safety. This is def. A selling point in the pics and details of this cabin so I know they are upcharging for the hot tub …but not usable. Make that make sense. Pool table is more for looks than usable (balls shoot out to the floor & no chalk for sticks) Arcade game doesn’t work nor fireplace all of which also selling points for this cabin. Ridiculous :( The crater holes in the driveway ..I was tempted to go buy cold mix asphalt at Lowe’s & throw in the holes but after dropping 800.00 for 3 nights….not my problem. I rated the cabin a 4 star bc the cabin itself is great…it’s the management of the cabin that’s the issue bc this isn’t the first complaint of these issues. You def. Will need a 4x4 vehicle & beware walking your dogs as there’s really no place for them unless you walk up the road.

Fall Family trip

Everything you need to know is in the description. We enjoyed our stay! Yes that pot hole in the drive way needs some fixing & it is a bit steep. The location was pretty nice too! I do hope they looked at the hot tu , it was leaking alot. We did not get in it

Very clean and nice layout

We was nervous at first from reading recent reviews regarding cleanliness and driveway. However, with our arrival it was extremely clean and no concerns with that at all! The driveway does have a couple holes needing filled. Kitchen could use more dishes. Overall our family enjoyed and possibly return. The drive to Pigeon Forge wasn't bad at all, about 10-15min.

They canceled on me. Getting a hold of this property manager was so difficult. And VRBO still hasn’t refunded the service charge. Never using VRBO again.

Needs condemned

We have a 4 wheel drive truck and couldn’t get up the driveway. The entire place has mold. It was very unclean. Scared to sit on the furniture. It smelled. On the deck you have a view of someone’s underwear in the tree. If it hadn’t been so late we wouldn’t have stayed the one night we did. They only refunded us less than a $100.00.

Weekend Getaway

I love going to Pigeon Forge. The driveway was as described. The only thing I was not aware of were all the sreps outside and then inside as I was in crutches. So, this was difficult. I've stayed in this area and its nice and secluded for you and your dogs. The place was śet up nicely. I would recommend having extra blankets. My 2 boys were cold because they only had a sheet for the pull out sofa. I was looking forward to using the hot tub as well but because there was no step I was unable to get in. My son enjoyed it though. It had a great big porch and a nice porch swing. The only other suggestion would be to fix the doors. The bedroom door would not close and lock. We had to call about the outside door not locking and we could never get it to lock til we were leaving. Just a few things. I would stay there again for a weekend. Thank you.

Needs a little tlc

The cabin was super cute, We have stayed in other for years. This one needs a little tlc.. the gas fireplace wasnt working which we realize they didnt list it as available but it was pictured and a little misleading. Lot of bulbs were burnt out when we got there, repair guys did fix that.. The tub wasnt working the first night but they came in fixed for us.. Realizing also that this is a pet friendly rental but there were many broken blinds also. Overall we were a little dissappointed with this rental but it didnt spoil the weekend.

Pictures not the same as in listing, couch is worn out with holes,

This was absolutely without a doubt the worse rental experience I’ve ever had. Arcade game doesn’t work, couch is worn out with holes, hot tub not clean, no toilet paper, no soap to wash hands in bathroom, bathtub dirty, when I called to complain they said somebody would be right there. Nobody ever showed up. After 5 calls they finally said someone would come the next day, which was the day I was leaving. I didn’t read reviews before renting. They knew arcade game didn’t work, they just want your money, but don’t want to put any money or upkeep on the property. DONT RENT

Neighbors were harassing us. Cabin smelled like dog piss

Arcade does not work. Jacuzzi was nasty and partly worked. Whole cabin smelled like dog piss. The neighbors were very harassing cursing at us trying to start a fight with us.

Nasty

This place was covered in mouse poop. It was in all the silverware. So Gross!!! We had to purchase paper plates plastic spoons and forks.We tried to make a frozen pizza and the oven smelled so bad when it got hot we couldnt. We had to leave a day early because we couldn't sleep for the rodents running around all night. I would never rent this cabin again

Unexpected.

This place was unpleasant to stay at. The driveway was very steep and hard to get in and out of. The stairs to the house were uneven and not the sturdiest. The inside of the house was also not cleaned well and needed many updates. The couch was very old and used, it counted as one of the beds because it was a pullout but it was dirty and uncomfortable along with there being no sheets or pillows for the pullout. The bathroom had no lock and the shower didn’t drain well so water came up while showering. There were also only sheets on one of the beds and no blanket to sleep with. The place was just overall not very nice and wasn’t very pleasant to stay at.

Horrible

When I booked the cabin it said the dates I wanted was unavailable, so I requested a refund. I never heard anything back when I called the couldn't give me any information. Had to call the day of arrival to get unlock code for the door, which looked like it had been kicked in. Couldn't even get in the driveway and the steps really need to be fixed. The smell in the cabin was horrible. I noticed the cabin was just sold,.so hopefully the new owners can hey everything fixed. But for now I do not recommend

The pictures of this property were very deceiving! The home is infested w termites a big letdown !

The process of renting it was simple. This property is infested w termites and I have videos and pics to show this is accurate! The toilet seat was polluted with them and ceiling had termites holes drilled everywhere ! Management nor owners have reached out to me about this not apologized!

Difficult Driveway

The driveway is EXTREMELY steep and difficult to back out of. I would not recommend staying here if you are driving cars that are low to the ground or traveling with more than one vehicle. Other than that, this was a great place to stay! The house is beautiful and well-kept

Great location but place needs work and to be cleaned

Cons We unfortunately came at a time where lots of things had been broken before our stay 1. The dishwasher had sitting water in it upon arrival and didn’t work. 2. The stairs and walkway leading up to the house is dangerous, slippery and missing pieces of stone. Bring a flash light because visibility up and down hill is not great.. 3. The upstairs king bed frame is broken so the bed sinks in the middle. 4. The AC stopped working halfway through our trip ( the thermostat is also broken so you cant adjust the temp) 5. The house is extremely dirty in general 6. Half the light bulbs in the house were burned out 7. The water in the hot tub was cloudy and did not get to temp. 8. There’s trash outside of the house 9. There’s this invisible hump in the middle of the kitchen floor that is very dangerous and is a trip hazard 11. Mold in the bathroom Pros- dog friendly, good location to drive to pigeon forge or Gatlinburg, the property management has great communication skills and are very responsive.

Great location!

It was a nice cabin for a spur of the moment weekend To the mountains. The cabin is situated between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge and is perfect for accessing either town. Although not listed, there is a fireplace in the pictures, but the fireplace is not an amenity. Otherwise, this property had everything we needed.
