Great place to vacation!

The view is beautiful, however due to the placement of the other cabins you can't see the sunrise from the deck is the only slight con of the property. Hot tub and all other amenities were nice, first cabin we stayed in that had a keurig and a traditional coffee maker also, so whatever your preference you're covered. All in all a great experience and we'll book with Vacasa again, and definitely will keep this property in mind for future stays in the Gatlinburg / pigeon forge area.

Relaxing

Home away from home!

My favorite part about this cabin was the magnificent views. Rain or shine, it had the most beautiful scenery out of all of the places I’ve stayed in the smokies. The cabin interior and exterior was very nice looking. The amenities were up to date and worked perfectly. Everything was cleaned well and very spacious. The jet tub in the master bath was pretty awesome if you weren’t a fan of hot tubs. We did not use the hot tub due to me being pregnant, but it did seem nice. I loved the rocking chairs and side tables on the balconies, perfect morning coffee area. The bed was comfortable but a little noisy. The pool table was a nice addition downstairs. The drive to the cabin up the paved road was very accessible and would work for any vehicle, just be more careful in a standard. I would definitely recommend this cabin to anyone! We plan to come back!

Great View, Great Disappointment

First of all, let me start of by saying the cabin was clean and looked just as it does in the pictures. Great views! Upon arriving at the Hillbilly Highrise, we turned up the temperature on the hot tub so we could start enjoying our place for the week. The hot tub would not come up to temperature. After texting and calling twice for maintenance, we were told that the roads were impassable (in 60 degree weather?) and that someone would get back with us. NOTHING!!! Aside from that, coffee pot was broken, minimal kitchen supplies (towels, hot pads, etc.) were annoying as the cabin is not located close to anywhere you can purchase them. Will not be booking here again.

Amazing cabin

Everything was excellent and clean, 2 things I want you guys to take care of First if you can add a child lock on the main door, because the kids can easily go out and they can’t back because of the security on the door , Second, the trees on the back of the cabin are so tall and that blocking some of the nice view Overall it’s amazing

The cabin had a few things that can be upgrading

We had to leave in the early morning due to the people close to so playing load music and loud talking!!! It was like they were in our cabin it was so loud !! And this was from 8pm to when we left at 1:30 am we couldn’t sleep so we packed up and left .

Almost perfect view of Mount Leconte

Cabin was great, as expected. Have stayed on Legacy Mountain multiple times. View of Mount Leconte almost perfect, trees of course grow. Bed comfortable. Livingroom couch and love seat fairly worn. Light/fan over dining table didn't appear to work or we just never found the right switch. Cabin well maintained, clean and stocked with starter supplies that was more than enough for 2 people for the week . Would stay again.

lovely stay

our stay was very nice, the cabin was nice and clean and view that we had was great. the rail on the top balcony was really loose and needed too be fixed before someone gets hurt not knowing that it is loose. we had a black bear come to the bottom of the cabin and flipped the cover a cover off of something not sure what it was but it left a fowl oder coming from it but if the wind blew just right we couldnt smell it. but we really enjoyed the stay. thank you very much.

Great house and view

Awesdome location and house...Vacasa support not the best. Called about a gutter that tore off the side of the cabin and was banging through the night after a windstorm. Called and spoke to Vacasa support and took the info...no one showed and had two night of little to no sleep because of the issue. No followup from the issue I called in. House 5 stars...Vacasa 3 stars

Beautiful views!!

The home was great with absolutely beautiful views. The only negative we had was that the hot tub did not get hot, we had seen reviews that this had been fixed but it had not. The water was very chilly and temp would not rise to a comfortable temp to enjoy. So we covered it back up and enjoyed the indoor jetted whirlpool tub each day instead. There are a few broken utensils/pans that need to be replaced. Other than that we had a wonderful time celebrating our wedding anniversary. Will absolutely return.
