Welcome to The Great Dayne! This spectacular 6 bedroom cabin is perched at the end of a dead end street. Enjoy the majestic mountains and expansive yard space! This cabin offers a fully remodeled space over two levels and provides the perfect getaway for you and your family. Close to attractions, epic yard, game and movie room AND get free access to an amazing community POOL and stocked fishing pond just 6 miles down the road.

The space:

- Separate game and movie room on lower level
- Level 1: Living, Dining, Kitchen, 6 Bedrooms (One family room with bunks and bed and sleeper in master), Access to main level deck, hot tub, outdoor paradise
- Lower Level: Movie Room, Game Room, Bathroom
- Smart TV's, BYO Passwords
- Grill: There is a charcoal grill at the cabin. Ash bucket, brush and grill utensils supplied.

Items to Note:

We provide starter supplies for our guests: 1 single use shampoo and bar of soap per bathroom, 1 sponge, 2 dishwasher tabs, 1 laundry detergent packet, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 small liquid dish soap, and 2 rolls of toilet paper per full bathroom. All other cabin supplies will need to be providing by the guests i.e. charcoal, etc.

Internet/ TV: We have Wi-Fi set up at the cabin as well as Smart TV's so you can login to all of your favorite streaming platforms.

Must sign rental agreement upon booking and upload a copy of your legal unexpired driver's license or passport

Must submit a $500 off-platform security hold that will be collected upon signing rental agreement but it will not be placed until 2 days prior to arrival and released 3 days after departure, if no damages are reported. Deposit to be processed by host on guests credit card. Please note we are API Connected to a hotel-style software called OwnerRez to safely and securely take off-platform security deposits.

The Great Dayne was a great stay! The location was removed enough from the hustle and bustle to be relaxing and quiet but close enough to everything to get to all the shops and entertainment quickly. When coming and going, check your gps for trip options. Google maps sometimes chooses the fastest route which takes you on some skinny, curvy roads instead of a 2 minute longer trip into Pigeon Forge/Sevierville on a much wider and straighter route.The property is located in a quiet neighborhood that was safe and serene. We had a family of deer that would visit in the backyard each morning. We enjoyed the fire pit and hot tub on the cold nights. The downstairs was a fun hangout for the kids and the upstairs couch was very comfy and roomy. We all slept well on the beds and the house was very clean. There are a few scuffs and scrapes on the walls but nothing that took away from the homes overall cleanliness or pleasant decor. It was even decorated for Christmas with stockings and a tree! Our host, Megan, kept in touch and was very quick to respond. Checkin and checkout was a breeze and the "cleanup" tasks were minimal making the end of our trip low stress. The house is surprisingly roomy and we had no issues with bathrooms and sleeping arrangements for our family of 15 adults and kids. Lots of parking-- we had 5 cars and still had room. We stayed over the Thanksgiving holiday and weekend and loved it! We would stay again and recommend it for others.

Home was very clean and situated in a very quiet neighborhood that was still relatively close to town. Beds were comfortable and all windows had blackout curtains. Kitchen was well stocked with ample silverware, dishes, pans, etc. TV's in every bedroom and games in the basement added entertainment to our stay.

Great place!!! Worked great for our family. Comfy beds and pillows. No issues, owners very on top of things. Saw wild turkey in lawn one morning. Quite neighborhood, houses spread out so you don't even notice them. Will book again.

3 Night/3 Day stay for 4 Couples

This is a tremendous property just a short distance off of Wears Valley Road. Easy access to the parkway and no steep hills or sharp turns. Plenty of room to park. We had 4 vehicles with room to spare. 2-car garage is also available and usable. Everyone that stayed remarked multiple times how much they enjoyed this property. Spacious living/common area with sizeable bedrooms. Beds were all comfortable. 4 sizeable bathrooms made it easy for everyone to get ready to head out for the day. Front porch and back deck made nice places to hang out and enjoy the view and peacefulness. I have been coming to the Pigeon Forge area for over 30 years and renting cabins/houses multiple times per year. This is easily in my top 3 favorite rentals. Fantastic property!! Highly recommend. Megan is a wonderful host and easy to communicate with.

Great Stay!

This property was great for my family and it looked exactly like the pictures. Plenty of space for everyone, the beds were super comfy, and the kids loved the bunk beds and game rooms! Excellent communication from the host Megan. Just a quick drive to everything you need….groceries, restaurants, entertainment, etc. Highly recommend and we would absolutely stay again!
