Pretty scenery

Newer construction, beautiful area.. still building around the cabin… floors are uneven in some areas of the cabin. The cabin was very clean! Had pretty much everything you need in a kitchen. The theater part was great with plenty of games to play with the family! The pool Table area could use a trash can down there and maybe some shelves to place things while playing pool. We really enjoyed our stay here!

I loved the view and the home set up. A lot of the flooring was uneven and nails were visible. Our daughter cut her foot on the upstairs bathroom flooring. The master bath flooring is not attached to other pieces and uneven. The bedrooms were great and the movie theater was the kids favorite area. All decks were clean and nice. Hot tub was clean!

Good future potential

While the home had great expectations, there were pluses and minuses. The pluses were happy teenagers with a very large tv (and excellent wifi throughout entire home) in movie room to hook our Xbox, the pool table, the beautiful views with wonderful beach access and plenty of space for our family to spread out. Unfortunately, the minuses were also great. While the views are beautiful and worth the open windows, the sun in the great room heats up the 3rd floor so much that the a/c can’t keep up. It eventually cools off during the middle of the night, but it does take a while and was uncomfortable. Also, as stated, this neighborhood is under construction. While we were fully prepared for workers being around us, we were not prepared for a broken water line that left us a full 24 hours without water upon arrival. (8 people in a house for 24 hours not able to bathe or flush toilets.). It was absolutely no fault of Vacasa, but they never reached out to see how they could make it up to us other than telling us they were sorry for the inconvenience. There is really great opportunity ahead, but you may want to give construction a little more time to complete before considering a stay here so that your vacation goes off without a hitch. Also, just as a small suggestion; an outdoor grill would be an amazing addition.

Spacious and Beautiful

This cabin was absolutely gorgeous. It was spacious and extremely clean. There is enough space to enjoy a family vacation without feeling overly crowded. I had a few issues, but the staff handled them promptly. If I sent a text, the response was within seconds. I just wish there was more assistance for after-hours needs. This is a new and upcoming community. This property will be top notch, by the fall. I'd certainly rent
